Unless I'm incorrect, and that happens often; the company have gone from Baker Tilly London to BSS&CO Shifnel (With all due respect)
They do say on the "contact us" page they enjoy a London addressed, 251 Grays Road. However that is occupied by a company called BOOBOOKS?

September brings an end to summer as Europe returns to work as we look forward to the last third of the year. We hope you had a great summer and are as ready for the autumn as we are.We thought we'd take this opportunity to look back on the summer and forwards into Q4.Through the summer there were various team trips to Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the US and Singapore with our CEO Richard Shearer speaking at events on three continents. Further the tech team have discussed with governments, regulators, fintechs and banks, how Tintra's work has the ability to revolutionize the way that the Global South banks. The continued support and interest that our offering attracts from all quarters continues to be more than we could hope for. The main core of all of Tintra's work is our culturally sensitive AI-driven compliance technology, which through the summer made a significant breakthrough that is a concept proving point in the development of that technology. And at the same time the Innovation Lab has filed for protection of its inventions in dozens more countries.The Tintra Foundation was honoured to be a co-host of the Animal Ball at the end of July at Lancaster House, an event attended by HM King Charles III & Queen Camilla. The event saw in-house technology used to display holographic indigenous artefacts, sourced by the Tintra Foundation team in Ecuador and rendered into holograms by our team. With £2m raised for the support the Elephant Family's indigenous teams across India.There are five new hires starting next week in the Culture & Tech Teams as we start to transition from R&D into build mode.We are very excited about a new technology relationship that we hope to finalise in the coming few days that will see Tintra positioned as a key technology partner for a global partner.During September a small team are invited to New York for the United Nations General Assembly where Tintra will be discussing with senior delegations where and how our technology can be deployed.We will have a lot of news to share during September and the last part of the year so please stay tuned as we use Artificial Intelligence to make Real Change

Admin looks out of kilter for Market cap .
Missed every target and cut off date for funding.
Without extra funds in the short term i suspect there could be going concern issues.

Since this date no new cash has been raised and according to the companies own RNS £1 million paid out to Fintech LLC.
Admin will have continued to balloon since January and it is noted the company gave no cash held as of today figure in that RNS.
