What stops me adding here is the possibility they could do it at say 20p, they could also do it at a huge premium to the current price.

Always best to be cautious and hope to be surprised on the good side.

There will be a placing, there will be dilution, how much so is just speculation, but I do not think it will be at 35p.

I expect they wanted it to be closer to £1 but the share price weakness has put that in jeopardy, hence the two hasty repeating old news RNS trying to pump some life into it (I see no other reason for those announcements that could not have waited for the 6 month accounts update).

I expect them to get it away at around 70p, something like that, but as I said, who knows? I am not convinced they know to tell you the honest truth.

I have seen you post elsewhere and never had an issue with your thoughts but that last post was just wrong on a number of levels. I would humbly suggest you research this business further before making any further comments.

If people are stupid enough to invest without doing their own research then more fool them. These are the same people who pat themselves on the back when it goes right but look for a scape goat when it goes wrong. People need to man up and take responsibility for their own actions.

Nobody here is scamming anyone. I have read optimistic posts I disagree with and negative ones I disagree with, I am sure people have sometimes agreed and sometimes (maybe often) disagreed with my posts.

We can share views without it being seen as scamming I am sure. Nobody here (I may be wrong) has the ammunition required to move the share price in any meaningful way. If you do, well done, because I certainly don't.

Shareprice seems to support that, it's not sure either hence it stayed around 50-55p level

Tbh there’s no point asking investor relations in my view since we will know the initial funding price within the next month - probably within the next two weeks imo !
