I will top up at 45p if it gets there. I have been burnt with this one too many times before, buying too soon. I think mid of 40 might be on the cards but heavy support around there so I will get in just a little early.

The rises can be vertical though. I am in anyway so if the 45 isn't reached then it is no big deal I am happy regardless.

Hi Alloa,
I think you have nailed it in your comments

The Bunty Hunter, agree with all you say.

This is a classic crossover point between an old business and a new business. Pessimists looking backwards, optimists looking forward and the shares stuck in between. There will be institutions who dont want exposure to FinTech who will be sellers and others looking to get in at some point but maybe wary of the next placing.

Taking a step backwards and looking at this from a distance, ignoring the last rambling announcement, the management are VERY VERY clear what they need to do. They have seed investors and stage investors lined up in the US, they know the market inside out and know exactly what needs to be done. If they can excute the plan this will be a HUGE game changer for money laundering regulations, etc. If it becomes the norm, this company will be massive. Each step forward derisks the long term plan and while it wont happen overnight, when sentiment does change, the past is left behind and the future clearer, we will then see the full value.

Until the news comes to shift it the share price remains vulnerable. 40p would be pretty poor but MMs seem trigger happy on any selling so possible.

Any predictions on where we will bottom out? The chart says 40p. I guess the level of the next placing will be the deciding factor though, so who knows.

So... move from AIM?

Hi Alloa,
Thanks for replying.
For the benefit of others, the headroom refers to the capacity to issue new shares;
The business model being built will contain a lot of intellectual property and it makes sense for the full details of this not to be divulged. Tintra plc is fortunate to have a ceo, who knows the inside track of what the market needs and how to deliver it.
The AIM market is driven by small volumes of shares and mms who want to make a turn- it will catch up one day

Hi The Bounty Hunter,

On a number of occassions he mentions headroom without going into detail. I understand what it means but if you didnt beforehand, that description wouldnt help.

I am not sure about the secretive comments which he cant divulge. We know they are going to use AI to create an automatic system for money laundering, etc. Something which I presume they can roll out as a service to anyone. The FinTech idea is huge - the details will emerge in due course.

Like me, he rambled on a but too much. Bullet points would have been fine.

Forward looking statements were fine but we are still waiting to see when placing will be done and at what price. Previous deals here have been for big premiums but aim has a history of big value placings ie for xxx £m being done at big discounts so until that is clearer people are unsure if they buy now what will happen to the value of their investment here. Hopefully this will be addressed to provide some certainty for buyers to return. Meanwhile MMs are absolutely creaming any sellers even on small trades. It is well known that PIs will pile into a rising share but avoid falling shares.

Hi Alloa,
Which comments do you find confusing?
I have re-read the RNS and not sure I share the doubts. The RNS sets out how the capital raising fits into the strategy and the evolution over the next 18-24 months.

So far the new management have been focused and to the point. However, the most recent statement was very confusing and unclear. Right idea, looking to future not tomorrow but basically saying trust us, we know what we are doing. I have no doubt they do but sometimes its best to say nothing rather than get dragged into waffle for the sake of it.

As the RNS states, the company isn’t interested in daily share price movements - it’s looking at a two year view/plan with each capital rising providing a higher valuation than the last. Short termers shouldn’t bother here - those with 2,5 or 10 year horizons should!!

Don't think the mm's know either

From going NT to buy on the Rns they then drop the bid on no sales. So they are playing safe both ways waiting for next move from traders.

What happened to tops on twitter he was giving this the big old pump and now silence which of course it normal as he no longer holds.

Dangerous game when twitter gets involved, if you do not sell the spike you are left stranded praying for another spike.

I'm tempted as I though these prices were long gone

I have read it twice. I have no idea if it is good or bad.

My key takeaway is that I do not know what they are actually doing, and I am not sure they know either.

One sentence in the middle, I am sure you can find it, reads:

"We are solving a defined need, with a clear strategy and have the support of many key players in doing so"

A) What is that need? Nobody has defined it to me.
B) I have never, in all my life, seen a less clear strategy. I do not know what the first 4 paragraphs were on about whatsoever.
C) Many Players? Why not all. Genuinely if not all, and I assume these people must know the plan, what are their reservations please?

Any help is appreciated?

I've read the Rns

Not sure if I fully understood it

The mm's initially went NT to buy on it to protect themselves but now they have read it themselves they are offering stocks again around 68.4p

Knigel,

Agreed. I think many still haven't got the message yet about what this company is being transformed into by the new CEO.

I also think that quite a few are holding back until we see what comes out on Friday.

The company doesn’t want to focus on the lottery business anymore hence why they sold out - read the RNSs and understand the direction the company is going - into a high growth multibagger business model instead of a safe but dull lottery business

Back to square one really. Haters gonna hate but selling the lottery division was a big mistake. The market has twigged this. Thus we are where we are.

Nobody gives a flying Tuesday what TW says there is no way he is to blame for this, man is a moron and irrelevant.

When that imbecile has a row with a company he bears a grudge forever and cannot see the wood for the trees even when the business changes 100%. Hence no one really takes any notice of him.

MMs are a law unto themselves here with wild swings and the downward trend they have embarked on. I had hoped that the USA listing might provide some support but so far no interest shown there. I guess that TNT will allocate some large blocks of shares to bigger players soon over there, either as they did previously using TNT shares already held or through the issue of new stock following 4 Nov meeting. Pretty obvious that UK MMs on AIM are out of their depth here.
