I think anybody with a decent holding should contact the company and ask them to make it clear what they mean by a premium to 2021 transactions prices.

It's as clear as mud for me.

No harm in another RNS to clear it up.

Lets be honest about this, the company as it stands is really just a shell for the new business. While I am not sure which "transactions" they are talking about when discussing the fund raising price, it could be £1 plus, who knows.

If they can agree a huge premium to the current (depressed) share price, this forms a great foundation for future fund raisings. In theory this could be the next "biggy" but still a fair bit of work to do. Personally I see huge huge potential in this one.

So now we know there will at least (ie Minimum) $5m funding raised before the end of this calendar year. Looking forward to seeing who they have attracted to buy in next.

First tranche of at least US$5m planned to be closed by before the end of December.

As set out in the Announcement, it is the Board's intention that the Funding Round will be closed at a premium to other transactions completed during 2021.

On Twiiter

It has been a busy week for Tintra. We have closed our funding round to new prospects and are moving in to finalisation, having earlier in the week completed our tie up with AI wunderkinds Time Machine Capital Group, founders of Mashtraxx and many other patented AI/ML innovations.

Interesting to see the fund raising quoted in $ - rubber stamps what they said earlier, they are in talks with UK VC companies and international partners.

By the time people realise what's happening here the shares will be trading in £s. No point expecting AIM PIs to raise the value of the company, AIM is a PIs trading market nothing more and MMs work it exactly to that model each and every day. It will come when it does via OTC.

People may have missed this

Richard Shearer, Tintra CEO, said, "I'm pleased with the reception our model has received from investors over the last couple of months of discussion. We now have sufficient soft commitments from a number of prospects and are moving into the due diligence phase of those discussions.

The deal with TMC2 had a positive impact on closing out the final stages of the prospecting process. The fact that this is the same team whose AI inventions in Mashtraxx, which sit at the core of the multi-billion-dollar Triller app, is now focusing its incredibly impressive skillset on helping Tintra solve the RegTech gap was material in progressing some of those discussions."

TBH,

So that to me says above previous deal, last deal was at 157p so higher than that.

The Bounty Hunter,

While I am very positive on these shares, not sure I would count the private sale of shares at £1.57 as a "transaction". That term suggests to me company transaction, however, I could be very wrong.

Either way, I still see huge potential although there are obvious risks. However, the risk is reduced with every new committment, every new deal, etc.

TBH

That's the thing nobody is sure.

It could be at 20p but a premium to all those 10p transactions or as you say at say 175p a premium to the 157p transaction

I've learned enough in this game to expect the worst option when it comes to greed

hope to be surprised though

As mentioned time and time again, this is a new management with no connection to the previous management. Why people try to blend the failures of previous directors with those in the driving seat today is beyond me.

All of the old businesses have gone, small potential liability left from 5-a-side business which is unlikely to be called. Seems to me the new management cant win:-

- They try to build a brand new different business - still held to account for the old businesses
- No RNS announcements, accused of doing nothing
- Announcement actual terms with new RNS and accused of repeating old stuff (stupid accusation)
- Being honest and upfront about new fund raising - without terms as they havent been agreed yet - slaughtered again
- One rambling RNS out a lots of pinpoint focused RNS announcements and the head man is slaughtered

Some people will never be happy with what the new management does - if thats the case, why are you holding them or looking to buy?

Hi Dave,
The fund raising should be at a premium to other transactions - in my book, it should be over 157p

Just think when it's such a broad range they should be more clearer to the price level they are going to raise at.

I hold anyway, small amount and all sounds exciting going forward

adnho,

That comment about previous commitments was under the old SJH management and is totally irrelevant as RS and Tintra came in precisely because the Jersey based investor turned out to be unreliable.

The previous RNS was valid as explained by TBH.

Why cannot they say the price ?

I mean there's been a transaction at 10p and another at 150p+

Really makes it a guessing game

adho,

I have no idea what prompted your last post but it's very strange for you to turn so bearish and untrusting. Suggest you think again or look to move on if you just don't trust RS.

What do mean starting to? He has always been a complete bell end imo.

Richard still on track to deliver and things are speeding up now.

One day soon the market will wake up to what's really going on here.
