01/11/2021 13:08 | MMs are a law unto themselves here with wild swings and the downward trend they have embarked on. I had hoped that the USA listing might provide some support but so far no interest shown there. I guess that TNT will allocate some large blocks of shares to bigger players soon over there, either as they did previously using TNT shares already held or through the issue of new stock following 4 Nov meeting. Pretty obvious that UK MMs on AIM are out of their depth here. | intoodeep
01/11/2021 11:54 | Some people are short term traders - looking for the next share to spike - fair enough. Not sure it’s a good idea to bail out of TNT considering the pending news flow - we will see... | knigel
29/10/2021 16:08 | I know, maybe it's US connected? Does seem mighty odd to have moved like that after MMs continually widening the spread. Of course keep the "official" spread so wide but trading in a real very narrow spread means trades not triggering gains in the share price even though the bid has improved. I will never understand how MMs work on AIM. | intoodeep
29/10/2021 16:02 | Weird but it's 75-85p But online it's 82.77 to sell and 82.21p to buy so if you had no commissions etc etc to pay it's technically free money. That's some bid one mm is willing to pay considering it's 80p mid price | dave4545
29/10/2021 16:00 | Really like this bit Our deal with Finsensr, more importantly part of the Time Machine Capital family, which has built the artificial intelligence driver for a major US platform now raising funds at a GBP4Bn valuation, is a huge step, which may not be immediately evident to shareholders, but one that I believe will become more so over the coming months. | sanilav
29/10/2021 15:49 | and more to come next too. BTW, have you seen how tight the spread is now? | intoodeep
29/10/2021 15:37 | Sorry I will look more carefully next time - to be fair, it’s been RNS after RNS in October :-) | knigel
29/10/2021 14:53 | Looks like Yanks are open for business, flurry buys just popped up | intoodeep
29/10/2021 14:50 | It's a Non-RNS so I guess that's ok? | intoodeep
29/10/2021 14:38 | Can’t recall a press release being made into a RNS before... different! | knigel
29/10/2021 10:47 | Q1 2022 is not very far away - they will catch up eventually. In the meantime, the US investors will drive up the share price | the bounty hunter
29/10/2021 10:14 | I really don't know what PIs want anymore other than instant 50% gains in a day, seems like interest here remains only with us early buyers. The herd came and went very briefly. Does no one actually invest for more than a T-3 these days? Oh well onto next weeks meeting on 4/11 and to see what that brings. I think we will see more share deals done for big stakeholders to acquire large % holdings here very soon to add to our Asian and London Investors that took big positions recently. "We are talking to many of the big-name players in the fintech space in the US, along with a number of leading family offices globally. You have already seen some early positioning in this regard." "Our vision is big, we are the right team to execute on it" | intoodeep
29/10/2021 10:02 | Although forward looking, this is one of the most significant statements in the interim report and provides the first indication when the results will come through to the top and bottom line | the bounty hunter
29/10/2021 09:30 | The Directors have prepared cash flow projections for the divisions of the Company and Group for the period to 31 July 2022 which indicate that the Group will generate significantly improved revenue, profit and cash inflows in that period commencing during Q1 2022. | intoodeep
29/10/2021 08:59 | Excellent post Alloa - looking forward to the next 12 months | the bounty hunter
29/10/2021 08:56 | This is where we leave the history in the past and look to the future. They are talking some huge numbers so we shall see. All good so far, they have delivered what they said, they are very focused and seem to know how to treat the market regarding news, etc. | alloa2003
29/10/2021 07:15 | Brilliant results. | intoodeep

28/10/2021 12:35 | Sorry, I was just stating that the nominal value of the shares has nothing to do with the issue price if they decided to raise more funds. As you said, it would be what the market/investors were willing to pay. | alloa2003
28/10/2021 11:57 | What do you mean? So we should treat up to 5,000,000 new shares being issued as irrelevant? They said they would use that to pursue business opportunities? The Market Value for any fund raising would be whatever the market is willing to pay for any or all of those 5 million shares? | intoodeep
28/10/2021 11:47 | The nominal value of the shares has no bearing on any fund raising. | alloa2003
28/10/2021 10:24 | Maybe MMs have decided to take this lower because the Meeting due on 4 Nov to authorise the company to be able to issue up £50,000 of £0.10p new shares which would be the equivalent of 5,000,000 new shares? Which if correct could increase shares in issue to 17m from present 12m? Seems odd that two large investors would have paid 80p and £1.50 for their stakes if they knew the share price might drop on the back of this? Happy to be corrected if I have that wrong. | intoodeep
28/10/2021 09:43 | MM want rid of all their stock asap as no one will trade it here for long | a2584728 |
