24/11/2021 08:16 | If they do they will just reduce the NMS to such small volume that buyers will have to buy NT. They always have total control. | intoodeep
24/11/2021 08:15 | Thankfully they seem to be back on track re: sensible, understandable announcements. | alloa2003
24/11/2021 08:08 | Will MMs get squeezed on the way up? | alloa2003
24/11/2021 08:06 | Maybe if AI banking is the future and the company is ahead of the pack then the valuations don’t appear so high - lots of “ifs” though.. | knigel
24/11/2021 08:05 | I will be more than chuckling if they hit these targets (without any huge dilution obviously lol). | alloa2003
24/11/2021 07:50 | Are they serious with those warrant targets 250 mil 500 mil £1 billion I had a chuckle when I read them | dave4545
23/11/2021 16:39 | At the moment the shares are caught in a news vacuum and unlikely to go anywhere until we get the next update - hopefully a shorter and more informative one than the last one! | alloa2003
23/11/2021 16:20 | But most people stay in for years either because their shares are appreciating along the way or they have taken too big a hit to sell without taking large losses. Anyway, this is a share that has it fair share of stale PI bulls (as we have seen) and large "strategic" investors who have paid premiums for their stakes. Hopefully the news flow here will provide some positive guidance going forwards and Richard will have learnt to limit his ramblings in future. | intoodeep
23/11/2021 16:13 | To be fair - some people stay in a share for years - seen it with MIN and VAST for example - I tend to go for a mixture of short and medium term investments but happy to stay here for a while yet | knigel
23/11/2021 15:55 | Alot can happen in 2 years, why would you tie up cash waiting and waiting for that? Again our CEO didn't think before he spoke. | intoodeep
23/11/2021 15:43 | Third reason: impatient investors who don’t have two years to wait!! Added at 49p - but no more now for a while | knigel
23/11/2021 15:25 | Yup he needs to learn when less is more in his future updates. His lengthy ramble created uncertainty, not caring about the share price and then hinting at share issues with a number or price or date just spooked people. Shame really as he had done very well before then. Yeah he sure did a Boris there. | intoodeep
23/11/2021 14:49 | Looks very like I will be doubling up soon. Only two possible reasons for this slump that I can think of: A) The waffling (I put it politely) statement from the CEO dated the 4th Nov B) Disposing of the 5-A-Side, for a long time the back bone and main (at times only) source of cash flow coming into the company. I am not going to discuss this, it is what is, just look at the chart and plot the dates of those announcements onto it. Facts speak for themselves. The 5-A-Side issue should have only really been a slight bump, 10-20% pull back at most. It was not in the future plans at all and was a bit of an annomaly still having it. I would have kept it for few more years until the new areas were built up but whatever. It should not have knocked 50% (ish) off the company value. The BIG problem I see is the frankly weird (I have never seen anything like it) statement that came on the 4th. From someone who was gaining a bit of a positive reputation that little monologue has gone down about as well as if he started talking about Peppa Pig. | adh0
23/11/2021 11:57 | Less than £6m MCAP at 45p, unreal price movement here. Seems like the name change and new CEO count for nothing as far as AIM market is concerned, back to basics here. Forget potential, forget all the hard work and developments here, just price it to fail again, same old SJH story. | intoodeep
23/11/2021 11:52 | 10k is just 0.079% of shares in issue, so that's less 1%, less than 0.1% just 0.08% of shares out there. | intoodeep
23/11/2021 11:51 | Tempted to add but already have large holding here | knigel
23/11/2021 11:49 | Where are the buyers? | intoodeep
23/11/2021 11:46 | Not surprised with that 10k seller blasting them out at any price | dave4545
23/11/2021 11:27 | Share price built on sand here, there's just no support at all. | intoodeep
23/11/2021 09:11 | I would assume that the 15% relates to the number of shares issued. The valuation will relate to the milestones achieved in respect of the future business model | the bounty hunter
23/11/2021 08:38 | This hasn't really helped has it: "Speaking personally, I have no interest in what the share price is doing today or tomorrow" "So that investors have an idea of what to expect. This new head room allocation is intended to be broken down into a placement of around 15% for the balance of Series A and then a Series B/C round of 10% during Q2/Q3 next year." So we know we can expect to see Series A come next but what that will look like is anyone's guess? Is it perhaps 15% of the £10m they are looking to raise over time, so £1.5m going to Institutional Investors next but at what price 80p, 150p or something much closer to today's price? | intoodeep
23/11/2021 08:30 | I don’t think an aim fund raising is on the agenda. More likely institutional investors buying into the future business model | the bounty hunter
23/11/2021 08:29 | Maybe the initial placing will be at a lower level so that each subsequent placing is at a higher price as per recent RNSs - then again, we might be surprised - plus the next placing could be early next year | knigel
23/11/2021 07:33 | While any lower placing price would be disappointing in the short term, its how they use the money and transform the company which will make the difference. | alloa2003
22/11/2021 17:37 | Share price being nudged down to meet anticipated placing price probably around the 40p mark. | alannlane |
