Without wanting to rain on the parade I do remember before commitments to take a stake in the company at price X and in the end, even though it was meant to be legally binding agreement, in the end it never happened. We never did find out what happened there.

This can possibly be brushed under the carpet with "that was the old management" but my questions are... are those people still directors? I guess the next bit is more of an observation than a question but there does seem to be an ever revolving door of new management whos main purpose appears to be the simply cover up failings from the last management and raise more money to try again.

I was, for the first time in a long time, genuinely optimistic for the long term future. The repeated RNS, which let's be honest adds nothing at all and is not worthy of an RNS, just smacks of desperation to get the share price up. A strategy which is failing. I know it blipped up there, but... there is no substance to this.

Looking at buy trade volumes from RNS day yes, not the best time to be a forced seller.

These people probably know nothing about the company - just saw the headline, shares moved up and went with the trend. Sheep to the slaughter

Exactly, another classic T-3 trader in for the flip but it went the wrong way so they took the hit. Probably someone who does it all the time so they can afford the loss. AIM is full of traders who buy and sell the same day.

That 9514 seller today paid 63p the day before

Why do people do that, a 11.5p loss or £1100 in one day on a £6k punt.

Going back to the earlier point, yes, this is key to the next round of funding. You cant go to a VC group and say you have signed a MoU, can we organise funding. They would laugh you all the way down the street, hence why terms of the deal have been announced.

I have seen the initials TW before - he is a bloke who is either full on in love with a share or hates it. From what I remember he can go from loving to hating in an instant, often after advising a trade to his cult followers.

I wonder why these people dont pick on medium to large sized companies to have a go at? Maybe because their small band of followers wouldnt make a different to the more liquid shares. With less liquid shares he thinks he can influence the market to benefit him and his followers - talking shares down, talking shares up, he isnt bothered.

Very different announcements - one to announce talks for the deal, other to announce terms of the deal. Nothing like making a fool of yourself - whoever TW is

8 Oct RNS:

Further to the announcement of 8 October 2021, the board of directors of Tintra (the "Board") is pleased to provide an update on the proposed artificial intelligence ("AI") joint venture (the "JV"). The previously announced heads of terms have been expanded through a memorandum of understanding that has been agreed today (the "MoU").

Tintra has entered into the MoU with London-based Time Machine Capital 2 Limited ("TMC2"), a specialised AI investment and research business focused on applied AI in the financial services markets and its affiliate, the award-winning Fintech, Finsenr Limited ("Finsenr"). TMC2 is backed by the award-winning team that founded Mashtraxx, the AI engine behind a multi-billion-dollar US-based social media platform.

Hi adh0,
Fin tech providers offer banking services using technology as opposed to the traditional branch networks. The Tintra family office have vast experience providing services to the UHNW individuals in the Middle and Far East, Africa, central and southern America.

I am going to be 100% totally honest and level with you here. I am not sure I do either.
