You don't enjoy posting here cause you're a bag holder of a company that has fallen 80-something percent and there is zero sign of this turning around and a million signs the trend will continue. We just had COVID in 2020 + Brexit in 2021 and looks like war in 2022 and elections in 2024. What do you expect.

one_frankel to be fair, this IPOed at a time when valuations were extreme. So at the time this probably wasn't a crazy valuation. This IPOed before or very near the time of the first vaccine announcement, when we didn't know if we'll be at home for another 5 years.

However, the way this went down and the extent of the crash is rare even amongst the high growth tech stocks in the US. IMHO MM is a problem here. He isn't fit to lead a public company. IMHO he did a lot of damage himself. The rest is interest rates rise, inflation, cost of living, Brexit etc. Don't underestimate the effects of Brexit. If you listened to the BoE and ECB yesterday, you'd have heard the differences between the EU and UK and in particular, labour market and inflation. Hopefully automation will dampen the uniquely British labour problems.

What do you think THGs underwriters were solely responsible for determining the valuations BookBroker or was Moulding part of a committee in assuming THGs intrinsic value albeit exorbitant!

...But that is what happens with IPOs, the 'Very Early' instituitional investors sell whilst the extraneous PIs are left holding the can!

Tech bounce?Yesterday Amazon shares popped as much as 14% in extended trading. Should the stock sustain this rally on Friday, it would be the biggest one-day gain since 2012.

Talk about share price overshooting down. If private equity were willing to offer 3.7 billion or whatever 3 or 4 years ago, and with beauty multiples being high, the valuation is crazy with Ingenuity thrown in for free!

...But there was no basis for such an exorbitant valuation at IPO albeit with a convoluted business model and Mouldings rather large hands in multiple pies...And the market never appreciates such scenarios!

Market is teaching Moulding how to run a quoted company, the shocking thing is he is laughing all the way to the bank while investors now being squeezed by the balls. If he carries on, his balls will be squeezed by an irate punter who has nowhere to sleep!
