04/2/2022 10:00 | bldm can you tell us how many THG shares you have? | ![]() billionarebob
04/2/2022 09:58 | bldm is in to S&M he is the only investor in the world who goes hard when his investments lose money. Strange fella. | ![]() billionarebob
04/2/2022 09:20 | soleman I think autocorrect replaced "bldm" with "bdsm". You like bdsm I guess. Are you a giver or receiver, hah. You don't enjoy posting here cause you're a bag holder of a company that has fallen 80-something percent and there is zero sign of this turning around and a million signs the trend will continue. We just had COVID in 2020 + Brexit in 2021 and looks like war in 2022 and elections in 2024. What do you expect. | ![]() bldm
04/2/2022 09:15 | one_frankel to be fair, this IPOed at a time when valuations were extreme. So at the time this probably wasn't a crazy valuation. This IPOed before or very near the time of the first vaccine announcement, when we didn't know if we'll be at home for another 5 years. However, the way this went down and the extent of the crash is rare even amongst the high growth tech stocks in the US. IMHO MM is a problem here. He isn't fit to lead a public company. IMHO he did a lot of damage himself. The rest is interest rates rise, inflation, cost of living, Brexit etc. Don't underestimate the effects of Brexit. If you listened to the BoE and ECB yesterday, you'd have heard the differences between the EU and UK and in particular, labour market and inflation. Hopefully automation will dampen the uniquely British labour problems. | ![]() bldm
04/2/2022 09:01 | More than anything I want the stock to normalisejust so this bdsm chap moves onto the next fallen chat room. I used to enjoy posting here, ideally though the gap closes first to fill my latest order. | ![]() soleman1
04/2/2022 08:46 | Bldm how many shares do you actually own in THG? | ![]() billionarebob
04/2/2022 08:46 | What do you think THGs underwriters were solely responsible for determining the valuations BookBroker or was Moulding part of a committee in assuming THGs intrinsic value albeit exorbitant! ...But that is what happens with IPOs, the 'Very Early' instituitional investors sell whilst the extraneous PIs are left holding the can! | ![]() one_frankel
04/2/2022 08:34 | Did not think this would collapse to this level. Nobody can justify this on fundamentals. Purely sentiment and shorters | ![]() topgunns
04/2/2022 08:34 | Is this the company with softbank investment? | ![]() action
04/2/2022 08:27 | There's nothing crazy about any of this. THG is not what you want to own now. I told you in a month we'll be saying "Remember when it was 130?" | ![]() bldm
04/2/2022 08:07 | It seems that inflation fear is the main factor. Plus a slow start to 2022 affecting the whole sector ....,see TED, BOO, SDRY, ASOS SPs | ![]() leoneobull
04/2/2022 07:55 | It's crazy.. soon could be valued at less than its the sum of acquisitions.. Consider against the market cap of the shoe marker docs, almost 5 billion.. | ![]() newswseller
04/2/2022 07:52 | Tech bounce?Yesterday Amazon shares popped as much as 14% in extended trading. Should the stock sustain this rally on Friday, it would be the biggest one-day gain since 2012. | ![]() billionarebob
04/2/2022 07:47 | And all the new acquisitions and the fact they have been hitting targets, crazy. | ![]() billionarebob
04/2/2022 07:30 | Talk about share price overshooting down. If private equity were willing to offer 3.7 billion or whatever 3 or 4 years ago, and with beauty multiples being high, the valuation is crazy with Ingenuity thrown in for free! | ![]() leoneobull
04/2/2022 00:19 | All bldm's investments are red today to celebrate he is knocking one off in his sock. There are bad investors and then there are weird ones.Bldm bless him is defo an odd job :) | ![]() billionarebob
03/2/2022 23:55 | I would bet you bob's wife that it hits £1 tomorrow. | ![]() bldm
03/2/2022 23:28 | Looks like could hit £1 tomorrow. | ![]() goforgold1
03/2/2022 21:30 | That's certainly one way of putting it Bldm with the wily so and so! ...But there was no basis for such an exorbitant valuation at IPO albeit with a convoluted business model and Mouldings rather large hands in multiple pies...And the market never appreciates such scenarios! | ![]() one_frankel
03/2/2022 21:16 | Oh, but he achieved the unthinkable. Who thought THG would be selling for £1 in Jan 2022 when it was £6 in Sept 2021. | ![]() bldm
03/2/2022 21:07 | That's what happens with a superficial 'Commoner' who believes he can achieve the unthinkable without any solid foundations! | ![]() one_frankel
03/2/2022 20:49 | Bookbroker, he's not laughing, he's incapable. This is just the best he can do. Vote him out at AGM. | ![]() bldm
03/2/2022 20:36 | Market is teaching Moulding how to run a quoted company, the shocking thing is he is laughing all the way to the bank while investors now being squeezed by the balls. If he carries on, his balls will be squeezed by an irate punter who has nowhere to sleep! | ![]() bookbroker |
