I liked the idea of the FundamentalVR database. I can imagine a world where before you have your knee replacement surgery, you request the scores of a number of doctors on how well they scored in their Fundamental Surgery software operations. If they scored well you choose them, if they don't, you don't. This would to a league table of who are the best. A sort of Call of 'Medical' Duty.

Thanks for the take on a portfolio sale. The first major sale should reflect on the managements credibility and reflect on the portfolios value. That should give the short term sentiment a boost...

Very good call we knew questions would be scripted, but they were answered warts and all, some questioned avoided due to rules in place but revenues confirmed for D/A as on track with forecasts ,very good news,

I am very excited by the Wyld Technology, which I believe could have significant commercial take up in instances where the current technology performs very badly or not at all. I had an e-mail exchange with Gene Myers a few weeks ago and he confirmed that they had looked at use in these environments.

Bizarre to think that competition at such an early stage in the burgeoning IoT market is already being used to undermine DA when done deals, and the announcement thereof, say otherwise.

"Deal denial" can be a hard thing to live with.

I don't think the recent funding is enough to carry Tern through to 2019 and add 6 portfolio companies (unless they take c.1% in six companies). They have funding obligation targets in place on InVMA and FundamentalVR. So it seems faily clear that DA will be sold and some of the proceeds will fund the purchase of the six.

Believe Johnma percentage diluted by recent placings.

I'm sure he and his associates will be picking up again following the progress reported today and the lens on the future.

Looks like FVR is the next DA. They have a real talent to identify winners in the connected world.

I am very positive about my long term holding after todays shareholder call.

Very positive conference and a progress has clearly been made in all of Tern's investments. One of my two questions to AS was quoted and answered in the Q&A and I feel more confident now in my investment decision and Tern's share price fast recovery.

Quick calc. if as confirmed today DA is back on track with forecast revenues and gets to $5.1m in 2019 that makes TERNs share of DA worth upwards of 70p

A lot in that excellent presentation and Q and A's.

At the end, three key overall points:

1. Tern is totally focussed on the IoT.

2. Tern has a synergistic investee company portfolio: they help one another.

3. Cash and resources - sufficient until the end of 2019.
