Alshaydock20 : Loving the idea ! what about taking it one step further and designing a new Tern website with better content where shareholders are in charge and upload updates like every couple of days haayagh


Our biggest problem has been that our excellent founder researches have been able to penitrate the cloud of Tern secrecy, but their success has been thwarted by the forces of the sellers, lead by share price

Your idea is really a very good way to counter this problem & to help ourselves take advantage of our freely available knowledge.

It can of course be linked to ADVFN & would provide the information source that we need to push forward.
We already generate the news, but waste it on the ADVFN page where it is constantly attacked/ skewed.
Hopefully we would continue.

I have seen QFI go along this route with a forum, but would just suggest a general free source.

Anybody take up the baton ?

We did clear the overhang for about 10 minutes before we were hit by sellers who obviously had listened to a conference call hosted by Loughton, why sell on a day that had so many positives, absolute madness.

Was part of al sistos subtle sales speel to prospective buyers

He went on to say iot software (DAs area )is growing CAGR 22% yr on yr and IOT hardware is falling from 27% to 20%.cleverly pointing out DA is on the growing side of iot

Made an attack on the Tern web page to try & work out where i can hear the C call.
Obscure methods of recording past items, not under investors as expected.

It looks as if the past calls have been made available under resources/Video.

Yet another example of how nobody has a cats of finding out what really is going on in Tern.


Perhaps the only way we will ever attract new blood on a regular basis & break away from the depressing selling cycles, is to use this page to our advantage.

We need a new header along the lines of:

194 holders are long term in Tern & own 90%+ of this share.
Ignore the derampers & find out for yourself why.


Then again if the reports are as published it's just a matter of, sod the price games as usual & wait quietly for the sales.

Back to sleep, hoping to be able to hear the C call eventually.

once the snowball has started it ain't coming back as more and more partners start to feed into keyscaler..

potential buyers will know this, so as each new partnership is added the take out value will increase and reflect lifetime (7-15 years) of device potential earnings..

no rush now.

Your black and white reporting as it is clearly upsets some. Especially AS comments on the conference call today that reinforces how ridiculously low the current TERN plc share price actually is.

Welcome "traders" exiting and LTH's moving in again to mop up shares. A "net" addition of some 2.0 million in LTH hands since last posting the holding declaration.

Also welcome the new holders. You know who you are.

I'm not so negative the news here is so good that we will have an unexpected large buyer that does not set his buys at lower prices to get a discount and drive the price down. The buyer will buy a large tranche all at once...I have seen it before...remarkable news today and knowing that we are in stage three with d.a...in it to win it...it could be multiples of the share price over less than a year...the forces in play could run out of stock...today added lots more risk to anyone's downside strategy...
