AS CONFIRMED BY "AL SIS" ON THE CONFERENCE CALL YESTERDAY 2018/19 revenues on target.

Just a single investee company is Device Authority whose Published Projected Revenue on the assumption of 1% market share in 2021.

2019 - $10,805,000
2020 - $20,342,400

I look forward to listening to the conference call today, however what caught me from the commentary yesterday was an initial response by listeners, that then got changed and manipulated int something more positive by others when they repeated it.

Clearly someone stated they heard that the 2017 forecast was on target to be met in 2018, I take that as meaning the £605k one from 2017 and I think the initial poster did.
However that was changed to the £5m forecast within a few posts.
If so why did they rescind the forecasts very formally in the recent RNS.
Is this not a case of blatant rose tinting of what was said?

The other comment was about enough funds to go through to end of 2019. That was stated by a listener, but soon became enough funds to end of 2019 including the acquisition of a further 6 companies (and by conclusion a sale of one of their investee companies to fund it and there would be no placings in that time).
I want to hear what was said by AS, because he has always clearly stated that TERN would use ways of raising money to purchase other investments and these include placings, etc. I can't see him going against that as he would be handcuffing himself.

In all, it seems some on the other thread are desperately ramping as much as the derampers are. Both put off new investors and as we need new investors to push on up, both desperate ramping and deramping will lead to the continual malaise with the share price and the MMs will reign.
The rampers are doing the derampers bidding and they don't realise it....

I looked at a traditional business two weeks ago with NAV of £2m it sold a week later for £25m.These are Tech businesses which sell for much higher multiples.NAV is not a basis to value a business for sale.With Terns mkt cap at 38m just goes to show how cheap we relative to the sum of the parts...

Oh...and by the way I wonder how much team viewer added to the take out price next year. A global connectivity powerhouse. A quick share price hmmmm but the nav is only 6p. Get real..this is going to be a big pay day..very shortly showing the goods with three major partners next month. Wake up and smell that coffee..

S.w some of the others on there look interesting. To late to look at the others. But the acid test is to check their partner lists and what their functions they provide..and have they received any gold stars. Cloud and block chain..nice to see it in writing..

Think global.....think back to many months ago when the statement any device across any platform first appeared. Is the appearance of team viewer confirmation of that statement. Device authority are now aligned with loads of global companies and the recent ones like to show the device authority partnership and d.a logo. I cannot always understand some of the links or connections that are posted by the better researchers but the team viewer link up suggests device authority is bigger than what anyone expected and the research is correct. Who will be next and will they have the device authority sign in the back ground...is it looking to be the standard...
