Did not expect level of selling to increase on that conference call, it's like we were listening to one version and the sellers were listening to another more down beat version.
If I wasn't already ball deep with Tern I would be buying more, weird trading

People might also want to do some tentative dot joining regarding the finances.

By end of 2019 the plan is to have 12 companies in the stable and I would imagine that some of these have probably not yet been identified, much less analysed and much, much less costed.

To state this far in advance that you have enough money is very probably indicative of an expected incoming sum which would more than cover any potential shopping list.

Stage 3 would appear to be seriously in play.

So fully funded for 2019 counts for nowt? as does saas model for FVR to kick in as does saas model for DA to kick in. Thales medical sales to kick in, Comodo, Team viewer, Amd, Intel....etc all counts for nowt apparently.

Down to 10p or less then.

The market is quite rightly not inspired by the interim's or the CC.

No reason to buy between now and the preliminaries.

Much more difficult to ramp now that these two non events are out of the way.

So a drift down is on the cards.

Great webinar today that helps the new potential shareholder and us LTH's put context on the future lens the BoD have for its stable of disruptive investments.

Look forward to the link being posted for those that were not able to attend.

Positive statements on:-

- Tern plc funded for all of 2019, yes 2019.
- No debt
- DA revenue targets for 2018/19 on target
- DA confirmed in Stage 3
- FVR is a rough diamond expanding fast in its marketplace

I was out during the CC so I'm looking forward to going over it once it's available online. By the sound of it, we are entering the end of the cheap shares phase, so it will be interesting to see how this develops.

LOL - as mentioned earlier, the call was a farce. Reading from a pre-written sheet to convince who exactly?

Even then he was stuttering and any intelligent investor could tell he was answering the questions with words he didnt actually believe himself.

The 'partnerships' are just that, working together to integrate their product in to an already selling product as an add-on. No real substance and no reason to have if an end user doesnt want it.

With regards to the other 1% investments, most of which, not worth talking about because, well, it's 1% of F'all, which is, F'ALL.

He he wants to add another 8 companies, with your money....keep feeding the machine...

It happens very rarely, but a bit of business took me away at the relevant time of the Call today.
Many thanks to the few who provided a commentary.
I am attempting to follow the news, & the comments made, but unable as yet to find a copy of the event.
Will it be available soon ?

It sounds as if the previous nomad did operate as we have always surmised re the RNS situation. Any body care to comment ?

We still effectively operate a news ban & a closed shop. If i can't find out what has been said, how can a new investor ?
