A lot in that excellent presentation and Q and A's.

At the end, three key overall points:

1. Tern is totally focussed on the IoT.

2. Tern has a synergistic investee company portfolio: they help one another.

3. Cash and resources - sufficient until the end of 2019.

Quick calc. if as confirmed today DA is back on track with forecast revenues and gets to $5.1m in 2019 that makes TERNs share of DA worth upwards of 70p

Yes, clearly some on here were never going to hear anything they liked on the conference call before it even started.

Ah well, it's back to finding anything they can point at that might vaguely look like a competing product for them ;~)

Very positive conference and a progress has clearly been made in all of Tern's investments. One of my two questions to AS was quoted and answered in the Q&A and I feel more confident now in my investment decision and Tern's share price fast recovery.

So no sale of DA to Thales/Gemalto. Looking for a US investor into DA with large client base to fatten DA up prior to selling. AS stated that Tern's shareholding in DA couldn't be determined until the amount of the US investment is determined.

Now we have confirmed funding throughout 2019 (to Dec 2019) does that indicate one of the Stage 3 investments (confirmed in the Questions that DA is in Stage 3) will be sold sooner rather than later to fund further x6 investments before end of 2019?

Interesting proposition as the question of sale was also on the Questions Agenda!

Well the good bits were greater than the bad bits. As it stands no need for any more placings. I take it that doesnt exclude any great investment opportunity that may present itself that changes how it looks today....and i'm all for that.
I am very excited regarding FVR, it's an easily defined product in a defined market, I can see it saves millions of $$$$ and lots of growth and improvement potential.

THat doesn't wash fivepast.

AS has previously stated that they missed the forecast due to the failure of the fund raising. They still have not raised the funds so continuing the losgic they will miss the withdrawn forecasts by a country mile.

The fact that they mentioned that they were funded throughout 2019 but still maintained that they were still looking at 12 investments by the end of 2019 means imo that a sell of at least one investment will be completed soon as it takes time to find investments, due diligence etc before you can announce it.
My bet is fingers crossed by the end of the year

Many thanks for the ongoing commentary on the conference call as unable to listen in.

Can I just make 1 point about the revenues.

Is it not that the DA 2017 forecast revenues are confirmed for 2018 ie:

$604,200 (the forecast figure for 2017 which were given in the USC Financial Snapshot)

The $5,106,600 figure could well come into play in 2019 but the fact all official income figures were withdrawn from the market tells me we maybe around a year behind.

We were already informed that DA were further behind with customer integration etc
and it would make sense that the revenue figures are 1 year out.

AS and the accountant tried to answer every Q but clearly were held back by the NOMAD and had to use a very straight bat.

That call in needs to be listened to in greater depth some real important stuff in there and despite what AS said some market sensitive stuff as well. Really excellent conference call and he sounded in control and confident and it was nice to have one of my questions submitted answered
