Corbyn will ensure there's a resident Council worker in every Council house to provide care and cash as required, estimated cost to the tax payer is 3/4d according to a trusted advisor,

So we will have the housing policies of Conservatives and Labour out today. A real choice between private homes and council houses.

My question would be: is the special divi sustainable. It is certainly bordering on the "too good to be true" adage.

"still leaves an interest substantially in excess of the 2x annual salary shareholding guideline required for each Executive Director"

He actually has x 3 annual salary left.

Jugears not sure to whom you refer when you say “new posters”, but I rarely post only usually to announce receipt of the divi or when I notice a new RNS.

@jugears, yes I most certainly did read the RNS, and as part of my financial planning I decided that the CEO knows more about the company than I do so I did the same as him.
I am not suggesting that anyone else should do the same.
BTW I have been TW holder for many years and have commented on here before but you Might have to go a long way back.
I try not to comment unless it can add to the discourse.

2x annual salary is a MINIMUM requirement, there is no maximum limit, so it clearly is a negative move.

The sale is part of regular financial planning designed to manage the size of the Director's interest in the Company's shares, which, after taking into account this sale, still leaves an interest substantially in excess of the 2x annual salary shareholding guideline required for each Executive Director, as set out in the Company's Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders.

muscletrade did you actually read the RNS

Yes he's gone to cash rather than wait for div income of £393450 over next 12 months

I bought a chunk at 166ish just recently but Mr Redfern persuaded me that cash was better bet at the moment so I sold this morning at a smidge over 172. I don't usually make a big deal about director sells as there are all kinds of reasons why they sell, but this was too big to ignore.
I'll be back in again I'm sure. meanwhile good luck everyone.

"hypothetically"One might argue that the CEO (if he was a trader) is expecting the share price to fall below 156p. the sale only makes sense if it falls below that price...over the short term(12 months.

Through his sale yesterday he has just forsaken future dividends in the next year of £393450.

I suppose my rental was mid 70s. I remember when I was primary school age regularly going with mum to council offices to deal with a ferocious old boot who was the point of contact for those on council house waiting lists. But we did get one in the end. Dad was lucky. He was gardener for council Parks Dept.

Better stop before I become Pythonesque.

IF Corbyn's lot get in we can say goodbye to investment, it'll be just like the late 60s all those with cash took off abroad and left the UK broke, £ had to be devalued and we had to go begging to the IMF!.
