Raised a "stop" to 192.5 yesterday so lost a few on that, but 40p profit per share, so shouldn't grumble.

Liberum have always been a wet blanket, yesterday we had two brokers indicating buy & overweight with a target of 220p.

Imho there is a lot of upside for TW in the coming months.There is the almost inevitable Santa rally, then housebuilders traditionally do well in the first quarter of the year and by then we won't be very far away from the first dividend and qualification date for the special.

We all trade the stock E J just with different timescales and profits. Stopped referring to myself as an investor when I stuck with one of the many companies that got trashed for no fault of their own in the credit crunch and got burned. These are a long term play I feel with great stances for range trading along the way. I think this current range will break to the upside however in the Santa rally in the coming months. I expect TW to be well north of here in the future.

I have traded this stock 40+ times over the last 6 months and done pretty well. A frequent fluctuation allows for small but consistent profits which add up to a decent piece of change. I am holding 2 x 10K shares at 196 and 202 at the moment so I am biding my time for the next deal. Hopefully it wont be long.

red - imo it's a sector decision that I'll make early next year, it'll be a case of do I sell out or do I stay in for another year.

Special dividend is not to be sniffed at, but it is a long time until July 2016. There is a lot of water to flow under the bridge before then.
I agree that there might be an opportune time to buy, in anticipation of a run up to the X date, and sell before then for a good capital gain.
