Cheers Lupins2. I continue to hold as I have done since December 2008. Another couple of special dividends similar to the one received this year and I should easily have my original investment back! TW is one of the first shares I ever purchased and has been by far the best.Unless the MPC seriously underestimates inflation in the coming months and years and find themselves way behind the curve requiring much higher interest rates than anticipated, the ongoing demand for housing should see TW going strong for a good while yet.Again, all imho.

Well done DOYDEN re yesterday's post---you were absolutely spot on. Best post I have seen for ages. Hope you did as well as me with the rise over £2 today. with Wall St down over 100 points we may see a retrace tomorrow but at least the £2 barrier has been breached congratulations once again

Joe, I still have half my holding and I don't mind buying back at a higher cost if there's nothing better in the wings, guess it's our differences that helps make the Market.

Re Windows 10 - fwiw don't choose the express config option, go for the customise and have a look at the "Permissions" you'd be giving Microsoft if you fail to switch them off !

gbh - no harm in setting targets - a man has to eat. For me I am happy to let this run and always protect profit with a stop loss in case of a significant drop. I have no plans to sell any this year as I know from experience I probably end up buying back at a higher cost if I did!

There's a few folk waiting to hear from me about it, I thought it had finished but it carried out a restart and up came a black screen and yet another Upgrading message, now four hours and currently 48% complete.

Joe, that's why I have targets, what many miss is the simple fact there's more than one company in the Market ;))

Three & a half hours up to now upgrading to windows 10!

for me the question is when to sell... could we see 2.50 by the end of the year?

Central banks are absolutely terrified about having to raise rates. They know they will get crucified if it goes wrong.I am in the centre of nottingham and can hear those assie wickets falling from here.

Not far away from £2 now.Whilst I think there may be a few extra members of the MPC voting for an increase in the interest rate tomorrow, the likelihood is that rates won't rise until later in the year or the beginning of next.Mark Carney has already recently alluded to this so an earlier rise would possibly cause a little panic. There has been enough weakness in data over the last few days for them to continue to hold the present course. If rates remain on hold tomorrow, it may be enough to tip TW through the magical £2 mark. All imho.

I dont think so........TW is struggling to get past 200p. Too many other good opportunities at the moment to let my money stagnate here. We have had a great run this year so far so personally just taking a breather from it for a week or so to see what direction we will eventually take.
