I think with interest rate talks this Wednesday a few days out of the stock will be wise. Even if rates rise this is not going to affect this Company long term one little bit. We will still have the need to build more houses in the foreseeable future so I can see TW hitting 2.50 by mid 2016.
That said the slightest noise of rate rise normally causes mass panic so I expect to see 185 again this week rather than 200. In the mean time I have moved my money to what I see is a safe haven with bags of potential and at least 6% divi....RDSB. But as TW has been a firm favourite of mine since holding at 4p it will not be long before I am back. Good luck :-)

GB, Me apologise. English not my 1st lauguage so apology for spelling. I still live in Thailand, Pattaya. Live here all my life.I take interest in uk politic and economy and markets.I do not wish to offend only a opinion. Feel TW. had good run and time for profit before intrest rate hike and housing slow down. Maybe retrace to 1.50 or 1.00. Maybe not.Good Luckm

Yes very nasty comments. We don't speak like this in Thiland, Pattaya.I just feel stock expensive and due re-rate down.Housing market to collapse when intrest rates up. So TW. Maybe £1.

Agree. Sometime I ago I forecast this would reach £2.50 plus by Christmas and I see no reason to change this.
