gbh2 Let's see what the trading update is like in a couple of weeks. I anticipate it to be very strong. £2.50 by April 2016. But you never know... Could see some big jumps again...

Butlins was next door to our caravan park, I've been trying to remember the pace at the end of a spit of land just up from Butlins, Angel something or Blue Angel something - I must dig out some old photos.

Bought a nice T.W. house for daughter and son in law (first release). Sales on site were brisk with prospecive customers asking about future releases.
T.W. releasing small quantities of houses at a time on this site and at each new release the price will be stronger. Bovis doing the same thing, their adviser said to me that they aim to increase the price by 4 to 5K on each new release.
