20/5/2015 14:01 | Thanks guys. I will take that on board before deciding. Invlined towards holding out for the £2.50. | n111ndy
20/5/2015 14:01 | Divi is in my account...Youinvest | sarahbudd
20/5/2015 12:51 | It's good practise to take profit along the way especially at times when there's likely to be a drawback of the SP, there's plenty of opportunities out there just a case of spreading the risk imo. | gbh2
20/5/2015 12:50 | I have found it best just to buy and hold! Trading is easy in hindsight! | homeboy35
20/5/2015 12:47 | Well I'm banking on it dropping less than the div amount when it goes exd. Hence keeping as outlook certainly for next 12mths looks rosy. Any thoughts, or better strategy? | n111ndy
20/5/2015 12:06 | Why would anyone consider selling this? The next few weeks will prove a great topping up opportunity whilst still collecting the special divi. Just look how PSN performed after paying their 95p divi a month ago, well back above the original price when she went ex div. I will hold through the divi and have another £35K to invest next week once I see how far she falls. I am looking at this reaching 250p before the year end and that is a very conservative view! | aspers
20/5/2015 11:50 | Looking at the last two months TW seems to be ahead of the remainder of the field imo. Edit: Over the year the TW share price has increased 85% whilst the others have around 64% | gbh2
20/5/2015 11:44 | Most building stocks up a bit now.............. | hillbrown
20/5/2015 11:38 | Sold just over 1/4 of mine at 192p. I hope they have further to go but I felt I had to take some profit at these levels. Housebuilders still make up 20% of my portfolio, with a weighting towards Crest Nicholson on the basis I still think it has some catching up to do even after the recent run. | 1gw
20/5/2015 09:48 | The market is top heavy, builders have had a good run and a pull back is inevitable imo, I'm putting cash aside for something like 5%. | gbh2
20/5/2015 09:45 | profit taking today ahead ofgoing ex-div tomorrow. Slightly surprising but most buildinhg stocks falling . | arja
20/5/2015 09:08 | Anyone got their divi in the bank yet today. | lupins2
19/5/2015 12:15 | I'm holding this dog from 25p... not sure if I should sell some and lock in profit... I'm not being silly but could this go to £3 in 12 months time? | shaf200
19/5/2015 11:27 | JOEMILLION, 10p fall is not big from here , circa 5% and that's the divi so it will open that amount down the next morning, then I expect to see selling from funds and institutional investors. Personally I wouldn't worry at 20p down from here considering the NAV its still a very good price. Your £2.50 is achievable although I think it will be around this time next year and the next big divi. But then WTFDIK I never dreamt we would see these levels this soon. I wonder what TAFEE thinks of it all. GL | battue2
19/5/2015 09:56 | loving this share i picked up at 163p have it in my SIPP more than happy to hold this long ted, the special divi is going to my average price right down. Bring on €2.50 plus. | oneillshaun
19/5/2015 09:53 | Thanks gbh. My working hypothesis is the upwards trend will continue and we won't see a big fall (10p or more) come ex div as buyers will remain in control. I could be wrong and in reality it is anyone's guess. Regardless of this I am confident we will see £2.50 plus by the year end which is more important (to me) and the bigger picture here for longer term holders I imagine. | joemillion
19/5/2015 09:15 | It's a concern but imo it would be more so if it wasn't for the fact that it is the whole sector that's on the rise :) | gbh2
19/5/2015 09:03 | Yes, I would say it's a little top heavy atm, hence the 'bubble' remark! | homeboy35
19/5/2015 08:58 | Interesting move what with the ftse and the company being well up, good luck. | gbh2
19/5/2015 08:36 | Topped up this morning. Got the farm and shirt on my back on this one now! Good luck to all.. | joemillion
19/5/2015 08:30 | Unbelievabubble! | homeboy35
19/5/2015 08:25 | The whole sector once again on the rise, probably due to yesterday's report on house sales improvements following the election. | gbh2
18/5/2015 22:33 | Storming ahead | nar1
18/5/2015 11:00 | lostuser - thanks . | arja |
