Bara, Exactly nothing has changed except I'm about to press the buy button. TBF I think the markets have deliberately planned this for after the budget, but bring it on this is probably one of the best days this year, glad I have nothing else to do today but look at my computer, I wouldn't have wanted to miss this for anything today, just shows how little understanding of the housing market some people are!!!!!

bara, anything under 1.50 is ridiculous for a company of this size, this share seems to sit comfortably at £1.60 plus where I suspect it will be in a week or two's time, but hey these days are good for over confident shorter's to loose even more money. you note when they brag that they are shorting they never mention the 60% of the time they are loosing money, Slickety should be happy that its the first time in a while that he has been able to close that £1.50 short he has.

People living in homes fit to be lived in would be better than for the NHS, how many times have we heard governments say they are going to reduce waiting lists? Supplying to the NHS is a very competitive market, TLY are not very good at getting their margins right Hence why I sold at 21p, Its all very well winning contracts for millions if you are capable of making money from it but TLY don't seem to have that capability Imeo. From my understanding from a friend that is quite high up in the NHS there is going to be a lot of consultation first before any money is thrown at the NHS this will not happen overnight & could take years, where will all the new staff come from? again like theses imaginary 1.5 million homes its pie in the sky we won't see a reduction in the waiting list for years & certainly not the next 5, I'm sure of that.

sT,

All of my calls relating to the BoE during Conservative rule have been correct and all that followed my advice to buy here at 86p have been handsomely rewarded.

Red Rachel's £40bn tax raid, inflation busting budget, all bets are now off!

Labour have always been a tax and spend party. Expect more tax rises in the mid term

"There is a huge shortage of homes"

There's huge waiting lists.

Everyone needs healthcarw.
Not Everyone needs a new build or their own property

Health is a necessity and labour are committed to reducing waiting lists.
Labour want to get ppl working.

If ppl don't work or healthcare is failing then there's no point in building houses.

TLY is a provider of out of hospital services. Exactly what the govn is talking about.

Your 6% rate is on its way, as the worldwide bond sell off, gains pace.

Watch the ten year fix mortgage, roar up next week.

Sikh, how will it be good for tly? their is no guarantee they will benefit & wont make any difference for years if they do, where as a quarter point cut in interest rates will make an immediate difference here, there is also a huge shortage of homes 2/3/4/5/6 bedroom houses & that shortage is increasing daily, Who will build them when the number of house builders is falling? as my estate agent said at the weekend for every b2l investor that sells a property there is a buyer or new investor & so the cycle begins again just like every other recession since he 80's if houses aren't rented then they will just be bought, i'm not sure that many b2l are new builds on an estate but then you would know that as you are supposedly in the property game ike I am & I know for a fact that I wouldn't buy a new build house to rent out, even housing associations are struggling to do that!

The share price reaction here has been as predicted.

The budget is great for NHS and TLY, company which becky and Jugears were desperately deramping.
Everyone needs healthcare.

The budget is bad for housing market as b2l investors sell.

Chart has broken through the support line. Nothing to stop this falling to the 100-110p area now. Interim divi ex date was 28 March, so a lot of short-term holders seem to be exiting. Just an observation; no need for people to get hysterical on here. I am short here -- full disclosure -- happy to see things going my way. 110p is my target price. No reason for alarm from people who intend holding for ever though." END.
