It's going to be a bit awkward for berk2008 when he/she's got nothing to repost but posts from the bears predicting exactly what's happening. Kinda nice to have someone here to say 'I told you so' on our behalf. Unnecessary though.

Trading update from TW on Monday week (7th). Should be interesting. I wonder if jugears will be telling us that TW is the bargain of the century at 130p. That's the next support line btw berk2008. We might get there fast.

A fundamental change in sentiment here, finally. It's taken a while but the market has realised that TW's profits are screwed. Onward and er... downward.

Funnily enough Shrek I don't think I have ever seen you post before must have been under a different user name LOL! Why sell a share that has got huge potential? I bought my largest holdings here at 30-37p & still have everyone of them, I've only ever sold 100k shares here that I bought for 98p & sold for £1.80

I've never bought any shares above 1.50 in the last few years in TW so where has 450k @ £1.68 come from?
I hold on to shares that I believe will have long term value like Tw that are substantially under valued, I sold lloyds because like TLY the future prospects were not looking good, as for RR I invested a substantial amount of money that has increased substantially in 18 months & felt short term the price had peaked particularly as they were having engine issues, I'm not crying at my £4.90 per share profit though.

Not many sellers today, but then tbf why would you sell? whatever happens in the housing market someone has got to build them & there aren't that many builders left, its ok Rache saying smaller builders but they are not geared up to build houses cheaply they need to be built on large a scale to get costs down, & its a 100% certainty that the share price will recover anyway.

I've bought shares in most of my stocks today, off course the markets could continue dropping right up to the US elections but we all know how quick it recovers, i have plenty more buying to do yet, Ive still got the money from my LLOY & RR shares that I sold last week to reinvest although TBF I might put it back in to RR, not sure I would ever put my money back in to LLOY though.

tomorrow is nfp should be a goodun going by claims adp and other recent data (but hurricanes could be a factor is the only caveat) so us yields higher and thats a tailwind for uk yields too. on top of that the mkt is close to truss top and surely they will have a crack at that.

TBF I think the markets have deliberately planned this for after the budget, but bring it on this is probably one of the best days this year, glad I have nothing else to do today but look at my computer, I wouldn't have wanted to miss this for anything today, just shows how little understanding of the housing market some people are!!!!!
