DvD,

Remember this, lol,just lol!

"DanVanDan - 08 Apr 2024 - 09:12:56 - 28156 of 28224
Chart has broken through the support line. Nothing to stop this falling to the 100-110p area now. Interim divi ex date was 28 March, so a lot of short-term holders seem to be exiting. Just an observation; no need for people to get hysterical on here. I am short here -- full disclosure -- happy to see things going my way. 110p is my target price. No reason for alarm from people who intend holding for ever though." END.

Oh dear, your later to the party than Kreature(JS), it called it wrong on 10th Nov 23.

'Your happy to see things go your way' on 8th April, lol!
Your making a fool of yourself talking BS and you called it wrong, lol!

Another classic mug-punter with Zero Credibility, lol, just lol.

DvD,

The first rule of investing is not to get emotional, you have failed.

How's your short doing at £1.335, lol!

I sold out months ago, if you wasn't so intelligently challenged you would have known this and maybe not posted what you have.

You are just another village idiot who predicted a house price crash every year from October 2018, lol, just lol!

Who said anything about 'small builders'?

Also, 'gaygay' I see that you've given your pathetic comment an immediate like from your other poster account. Rather insecure, don't you think?

beckers2008, can I call you 'berk' for short? What a fvcking prat you are. The share price is heading DOWN. Working out as you expected? Maybe you should take your head out of your ar$e and actually look at the chart. The share price is about to break through the six-month low.

The FACTS are that reality is finally sinking in for TW investors. Mortgages are up very slightly and there is a glut of property for sale because landlords are selling up. Housebuilding MIGHT increase very slightly, but it won't be the type of houses that make money for TW. It'll be the cheaper end of the market. The govt's housebuilding targets will be easily met by smaller companies building on brownfield sites in hundreds of towns throughout the UK.

The next set of results from TW will show continuing low volume and low profits. That is why the shareprice is heading down. There will be no return to the high volume free for all, funded by low interest rates and govt subsidy. Rates will be going up again soon as we are seeing a return to the historic level of interest which has typically been around 5-6% over the last fifty years. As you have been told repeatedly by me and others on here, the current shareprice for TW is massively out of step with the fundamentals. The shares will likely be nearer £1 than 1.50 soon after the next set of results.

Given time with these morons at the helm, reeves will be going cap in hand to the IMF as Callaghan did back in the day, that's probably selling what gold reserves we have left after another labor idiot brown managed to accomplish at a loss.

U, the quitter, lol!

Of course the Bulls realise what has, what is and what will happen, it's all played out before many times.

Imv, TW. is undervalued hence why I've luckily averaged down to £1.03.
The HB sector has been in a bear market since April 2021 and to be valued the same as when Covid stuck with then, all sites closing and zero visibility of earnings seems aabhorrent.

It's all in the price.

Divi day next week, every penny is going back into Tw shares might even buy another 100k today, fundamentally nothing has changed at Tw a quarter point cut in interst rates will far out way any tax hikes. Fortunately b2l perks are being wiped out which is extremely good imo for the general housing market, IMEO private house sales will rocket in the next 18 months as owning a house will be substantially cheaper than renting as fewer rental properties come to market, I see already that mortgage approvals are increasing month on month.

Less homes being built, less profit. Divi cut?

As many have said, knowing when to buy and at what price is how you maximise gains. Not always easy, but sometimes obvious!

The only thing I can see with today's budget is that it will create an even bigger shortage of new homes as there won't be the labour to build them, I can't see many construction companies rushing out to expand, if anything many will reduce staff numbers to keep cost down as for 1.5 million additional homes in 5 years, not a chance.

K, DvD, sT and Sikhthetech,

It is all panning out as I have been telling you over the last few years.
You have called it wrong and made fools out of yourselves and the market is playing you for fools, lol.

Expect earning growth to continue in 2025 and also in 2026.

BoE base rate at 6%
Absolutely no chance.

Q3 2024 interest rate reduction?
Absolutely every chance.
And my prediction came true, as expected.

Looks like I am going to be correct yet again.

Nothing more to see here.""

The customers with an endless supply of cash should hopefully cover employer NI contributions here
And new landlords hopefully won’t mind paying the additional 5% tax if they would ever buy a new fleacehold

Wage rises inflationary, not great for mortgages is it ?

kreature

It won't cost employers a penny, costs will be past on to customers just like higher energy & fuel prices were simple as & pushing inflation back up, the question is will labour go full tern? I very much doubt!

I guess all companies are running the data through the system to see how much their wage bill is going up by.

Not certain but i reckon the old natural wastage will be used soon,

Once an employeee leaves they wont be replaced if its possilbe not to affect the business too much.

For me. Instead of fixing the foundations, They are taking the roof off.

Still holding the stock,
