TW are about 138 today and you are forecsting 0.75 next week.

Somehow I don't see a 45% reduction in a week....

Price drops are going to be much more pregressive...

House sellers are going to knock a few quid off the selling price off the sale price.

At best I guess of the order of 5 to 10% to try and push a sale thru....

In time this may acquire momentum and go to 15% but I cannot see much more unless we go into a perlonged slow down.
