Fools buy house builders, when the only way mortgages rates can go, is UP.

Since you tell us your 40 year history, do we both agree that if rates hit the other end of the 40 year variation (17%) all will be fine. ( NOT )

Just might want to look at Venezuela, to understand the implications of printing non stop money.

Eight out of twelve brokers on HL have this as a strong buy. The other four have Taylor Wimpey as a buy. 160p - 200p seems to be about the mark. I'd be happy with that in twelve months.
