To date I have been absolutely correct.

Today’s news ( as predicted) is our government warning that we may be in lockdown for months.

The last thing anyone on this planet is thinking about is buying a house.

I believe this company should now be valued at pence.

In five years time after all what’s coming has washed through you may have an investment case.

THE WORLD HAS CHANGED

Stop using your experience it’s no longer relevant.

Any house builder who made significant profits I’d like to see go bust. Let’s nationalise and have charity house building in the future.

Take a look here

Going back years this company grew profits, by increasing prices, year on year, and was a stock market darling, as it ripped off its clients.

Your company has done just the same, hoarding land for maximum profit, building a shoddy product, and making mouthwatering margins off the back of the government, and cheap credit.

Now your face reality.

If you make construction profits, in the years to come, of 1.5% of turnover, your be very lucky.

Govt saying shutdown could go on for months.

I don’t think shares will see today’s prices for twenty more years

Steve Baker MP at the historic debate in UK Parliament on Money Creation:

Around half way through you learn the reason why house prices are grossly overvalued.

Nothing to do with a housing shortage.

Gents, 2 points...
1. House prices rise or fall makes no difference to the housing shortage.. TW will keep making and selling houses.
2. We all don't live in London so all talk of 300K 1 beds is irrelevant.

Off for dinner.

Mortgage rates up

That’s what happens when your sovereign debt, is downgraded.
