Jugears, We're ok thank you, Hope you and your family are keeping safe.

Work has dried up, in Northamptonshire, even the Bread & Butter council work has been put on hold, also difficulties getting folk to pay what they owe, outstanding debts are being held back mainly by the Larger customers!

That said the company can cope for (we estimate) the end of the year :)

1NHS,

I think your comments are unfortunately falling on deaf ears.

It's the blind leading the blind on here, as they've had it so so good over recent years they really can't accept their precious TW fortunes have changed for the worse.

TW made about 20p in the pound last year

Put simply a 20% fall in house prices and 35% fall in land prices makes this company worthless.

That’s where we stand today

Well, it's getting to that time of year when your Isa allowance opens up. Do I bed a nd breakfast shares across into the Isa. Or Do I buy in at these lows with new money, and sell the shares I was going to sell later in the year once they have risen somewhat, improving my cash position. On Tw. I have alot, bought at around a quid. Probably had about 85p back in divi on each share. They were not all in an Isa so it would have been a 40% hit to sell them at their peak, so have held them back down to almost my purchase price. Would be glum if not for the divi. The positive is that either way I do it, I can get twice as many of these into my Isa as what I could have done 6 weeks ago.

I'm trying to be helpful, HB's are going to be in trouble!

Its a shame you didn't listen to me over a month ago, as you would have saved ~50% of your TW investment.

But I guess you know best.

This is going much much lower.

I'm sorry to report that this WILL break lower.

Any longs can still salvage something from this and buy again much lower if required.

We will NOT see a V shaped recovery this time!

We went for our allocated exercise yesterday and walked past a "private" housing development of about a dozen properties up here in Cheshire. They were working as usual with workers all over the site. These are £1.5m plus houses so I guess they are working to a tight deadline.

Brickies brains fried from booze - are you kidding me. These shorters are desperately trying to enduce fear - just buyback because your shorts are not heading in the right direction.
