02/4/2020 12:51 | The point is some of the 100 patients won't finish dosing until the two months is up. And because the trial is blinded no-onewill know who got drug and who got placebo until it is unblinded at the end. | nobbygnome
02/4/2020 12:50 | It will be two months. Each patient is dosed for 2 weeks but you don't start dosing each patient on the first day. There will be slow recruitment of patients over a 6 week period as other sites open up. | nobbygnome
02/4/2020 12:46 | talk2, I hope (and expect) you're right. But the question was about the trial already underway - and the results thereof. | 801710245
02/4/2020 12:45 | Peachie RNS on 31/3, stating they've now commenced but doesn't give a date when. In interviews Richard Marsden was stating commencement last week, so open to personal interpretation. It's a 14 day trial. Some say, such as previous post, two months for results but, again down to personal interpretation, if the data is positive, I think we'll hear or they'll act far sooner. Act, as in extend the number of patients. | jev1
02/4/2020 12:44 | 801 - I don’t think that is only newsflow we are going to see. | talk2dubya
02/4/2020 12:43 | OK, about 8 weeks. :o ) | 801710245
02/4/2020 12:42 | Months .... I thought we were talking weeks. ? | peachie 74
02/4/2020 12:40 | Not sure when the first doses were administered - end of last week, beginning of this probably. Two months to wait for the results. No leaks expected and there is one placebo administered, for every dose of SNG001. | 801710245
02/4/2020 12:26 | Sorry, late to the party ... When were the first doses given in the trial, and hence when can we expect an update on how these 100 patients have responded. Thanks | peachie 74
02/4/2020 12:23 | Ahh.......I thought it was a stupid question. Thanks | kop202
02/4/2020 12:18 | Looks to be plenty of buying but not having any affect yet. | cambradjones
02/4/2020 12:17 | CLINICAL TRIAL WEBPAGE - SNG001 PS - Please do NOT email Jody whose email is on this page. She has been inundated with queries and is extremely busy with the SNG001 trial so simply has no time to reply. | lithological heterogeneities
02/4/2020 12:16 | KoP It already is patented. See the LSE thread for links and details, scroll through. | jev1
02/4/2020 12:14 | Well, the CEO, Richard Marsden seems pretty confident that his horse is going to win the race, from the BBC interview: _______ Love this part at the end: _______ " Now we are talking about to scale up to hundreds of thousands and millions of doses later this year." | jev1
02/4/2020 12:13 | Nobby...Silly questionCan Sng001 be patented?After all interferon is a naturally occurring substance in the lungs/body anyway is it not? | kop202
02/4/2020 12:11 | hxxps://www.clinical Looks like they are going to test in the EU as well,USA next? 02/4/2020 11:27 | Insider Any risk is lowered by the fact that it's already shown efficacy on other corona type viruses. It's not a horse about to run for the first time. It already has 'good form'. | jev1
02/4/2020 11:21 | Been looking at some of the fellows Twitter feeds . Looks like they are progressing studies on other aspects of this treatment as people with underlying disease's ie asthma /pneumonia can be observed at the same time. As bad as this virus is, it's a great opportunity for sng001 | bobaxe1
02/4/2020 11:20 | The risks significantly higher as its totally reliant on a cure working... Testing kits don't need that hence the risk is massively lower, agreed? | insideryou
02/4/2020 11:16 | Testing is so competitive I am not interested in that area at all. A treatment is the potential goldmine especially one which can be used for all virally induced lung infections. The potential market worldwide is absolutely massive......if it works. | nobbygnome
02/4/2020 11:07 | GDR appears to be the best value ahead of sng and ncyt based on market cap and potential... Thoughts? I am in GDR and sng as I split my profits from ncyt into these 2 | insideryou
02/4/2020 11:06 | Just going to mention GAL here, a gold miner in Northern Ireland. I have actually visited the mine! It has had a checkered history but I think the announcement today is a turning point. Various parties have expressed an interest in the business and there is hope that mining will restart. And of course the gold price is surging again.... No investment advice intended and DYOR.... | nobbygnome |
