Bought half my holding back in on the close. FOMO kicker in, not unusual to see a Company release an RNS with the admission of new shares to clear them out.

I dont think that will happen, but it’s clear that much of the firm placing has been forward sold. Don’t like it, but also prepared to accept the fact my investment here could pull back to 35p range.

Have some kept some ammo in reserve in case I need to average down (not much else worth investing in at the moment), have a seriously good / life changing feeling about this one.

Have a nice weekend in quarantine all!

I was wondering that. Is that a 10% reduction in his holding which corresponds to the initial tranche of shares which aren't relying on the GM?

The authorised number of shares has increased so one would have a smaller % unless took part in the placing.

Yep that’s the rules. A big holder selling is only bad if bad news is evident. This is cashing in on gains and reducing risk. If you know your millions are about to double etc maybe you move a bit elsewhere in case or for if it does. And sure if you get more at 35p defo sell some in profit at today’s price.

Don't companies usually issue TR-1s when some threshold or other, has been crossed?
I wasn't aware falling below 10% was one such 'notafiable' (have I spelt that right?) threshold.

News from Southampton...

Southampton is part of the national effort to prevent, diagnose and treat COVID-19 and, in line with national guidance, we are currently prioritising COVID-19 research activities at this time.

...nothing material except confirmation of current trials...

From what I understand this Protein should certainly help with the most Critical affected to reduce the burden which in the current climate should be more than enough to appease the quick quid merchants

Nobby,Look at RNS dated 15 Oct 2018. Same format. He had 9.78% then. He has reduced by 1%. I'm not sure it means anything sinister..

sloppy RNS , should be corrected by the company, showing his previous stake and new stake , agree with Nobby looks like he's just bought in by the RNS

So why wasn't it a TR1? An announcement like this usually indicates a new purchase and not a change. But if true I bow to your superior knowledge.
