Three I think. Timbo is the expert on this area....

Plus timbo also says the VCT trusts will probably hold because they can't trade in and out. They can only hold VCT shares so can't buy back on the open market.

Is it a year you need to hold to retain the tax benefit?

And of course shares which went into the hands of EIS investors won't be going anywhere the chances are. So a large chunk of the placing shares will not be finding their way on to the market.

120p price target! Mine was 80p so perhaps I am being too conservative...

Permission for the trial granted almost immediately, they know this works, wait a couple of weeks and boom. Don't forget this virus will peak and trail off forever over time, it won't go away. This treatment will be needed for years to come

"Synairgen (SNG): Corp £14m placing to fund COVID-19 activities

Synairgen has raised £14.0m to fund a Phase II trial for SNG001 in COVID-19 disease, which is due to commence enrolment imminently after gaining rapid permissions for the UK’s MHRA and HRA. This is a significant breakthrough for the company and the global fight against COVID-19, having achieved these permissions ahead of the expected rapid increase in number of hospitalised COVID-19 patients. A successful outcome from the pilot phase will have substantial commercial value. The risk/reward profile, given earlier evidence that SNG001 has a beneficial in vitro effect in MERS and SARS coronaviruses and has been shown to be safe and well tolerated in asthma/COPD patients, is skewed significantly to the upside, particularly given the potential for first revenues in 2020. Not only would a positive trial help to address the current COVID-19 crisis but it could enable governments to stockpile a broad-spectrum antiviral product for future pandemics. We introduce a 120p target with potential further upside."

Right now, IL6 is something else I know a lot about because I worked on it when I was in Pharma. What the guy says is complete and utter BS. IL-6 may be important but his drug has no real advantage despite what he says. For anyone who understands the science, what he says is not credible. That is probably why the price has sunk.

I can explain in more detail if you are interested but it will be a bit technical.

TILS is 5 shares to 1 on the Nasdaq set up, so you have to take US price multiply by the exchange rateand divide by 5 to get the UK equivelent
