27/5/2020 08:21 | It is like the rats leaving the sinking ship. The only issue is they are bailing a ship that isn't sinking. Typical herd mentality. Remember it works both ways. | ![]() vitec

27/5/2020 08:13 | Well the problem is that you take a risk concerning statistical significance if you don't recruit all the patients. You work out the power of the study (number of participants) based on predicted results and that is endangered if you then recruit 10% less patients. They may well do that but people have to understand that reduces the chance of a positive result. | ![]() nobbygnome
27/5/2020 08:12 | I only asked the question as I read it being ambiguous since they state the trial is paused. Is there significance regarding getting permission to look at the data? | ![]() s120896
27/5/2020 08:12 | Here we go with 10,000 block sells. Relentless. This really is testing me now !!! | ![]() peachie 74
27/5/2020 08:02 | Nobby they make no reference regarding recruiting the final 11, they do make reference to analysis of the results of the COPD trial and presenting the results in the summer. If those results are positive and the other trials were also positive why would they recruit the final 11? They already referenced pushing COPD to market on the back of the results IMO. | ![]() crookie3634
27/5/2020 07:56 | >> s120896 Well I suspect it means now the Covid 19 cases have died down they will restart the trial and recruit the last 11 patients. I don't think they would just stop it early because the power will be reduced but you never know. | ![]() nobbygnome

27/5/2020 06:57 | We expect to have data from this interim analysis in the Summer 2020. In due course we will consider options as to how to progress SNG001 in COPD. Expect they will unblind and use the data alongside the other trials. Richard stated we will have read outs from 3 trials in the summer. Can’t see them running an interim analysis then going back to recruit the final 11 patients to then complete the trial. | ![]() crookie3634
27/5/2020 05:38 | Nobby, what's your view regarding the COPD comments with early data release? Can this be interpreted that they will unbind the COPD trial? | ![]() s120896
26/5/2020 21:51 | I've no idea if they have or not...But if you was a large pharma wouldn't you want to step in now.. because i certainly would, if it's showing positive results. | ![]() amaretto1

26/5/2020 21:37 | They have been approached ...,i bet anymoney it's Astra Zeneca !! They have gone cold feet on Oxford Look at news etc out today. They would jump at chance here. | ![]() amaretto1
26/5/2020 21:07 | Have to say if you have just come down with COVID the level of home care given, including an oximeter, 2 hr consultations and daily calls with a doctor, you would think people would jump at it, especially given it's safety profile. Between 100 and 600 participants, including placebo group. | ![]() waterloo01
26/5/2020 21:03 | Reading back both RNS today I am baffled, all good news positive progress. Hopeful of expedited approval, supply and distribution scaled up to meet mass distribution and potential of results on three trials which could totally transform the company. The COPD unblinding is massive. Watch tomorrow for today’s after hours trades this was not a rational response to two strong updates. | ![]() crookie3634
26/5/2020 20:50 | Hows it goin lads. That distribution still biting? | ![]() spartan attack
26/5/2020 20:08 | Well fantastic news today but unfortunately it represents a delay that a lot of folks didn't want. Price has been drifting throughout May and suspect this will now continue throughout June. Personally not worried with the delay but we could see the gap 33.4 to 34.1 being filled sometime between now and the trial being unblinded. If this were to happen it would take away all the weakness that we have been experiencing for the last few weeks, and clear the way for a strong rise into positive results (assuming they are positive). Happy with my core holding @25p (locked in for the journey) but will jump on every chance given between here and that gap to trade any further fluctuations. 26/5/2020 19:44 | Just unloved and the seller continues not helping us. The £1.20 and £3+ brokers notes taking time. Lol. | ![]() dealer55
26/5/2020 19:36 | If today's RNS was on the likes of 'HEMO' etc, you'd be seeing 40% minimum.... | itshenderz
26/5/2020 19:32 | The sold shares have to be purchased. Not worried. Only worried that everyone will be bored and just crack on with life. The deaths have been so many awfully makes us wonder who will need saving the way the world has gone. | ![]() dealer55 |
