Cheese, there have been c20 purchases above the 50p level ( and one larger sale of 25,000 at 50.3p which is why there is some stock around) and they all look like private individuals mostly 5000 to 10000 shares. Not enormous volume, but more than usual

Cheese, it’s only WINS that has moved up to 50 bid since the open. FCAP is holding the offer at 51 and has done all day.

Distill presently ST are only concentrating on car brakes. They are not interested in getting diverted into any other use for Carbon Ceramics. A much better reason for investing in ST is that to a certain extent we are inured against the current lockdown woes. Automotive OEMs place contracts two to two and a half years out from SOP. This means we are looking to Nov 2022 - Spring 2023. Probably much better times! Fingers crossed we will have one possibly two significant RNS before end of March 2021 telling us of fresh contract wins! For cars that is. Fils

Perhaps Cheese666 it could cause SOP on the Valkyrie harm if the entire project is canned. However overall I can't help but feel movement, interest and large sums of money changing hands bodes well. Fils

Great news for AM. One benefit of many is that it could secure the Valkyrie project, which I have heard is in some difficulty with several prospective buyers asking for their substantial dippy back (which AM hadn't ring fenced). Or will Merc prioritise their AMG one and can Valkyrie or, third option, have some cross over in the engine development which is one of the major development costs (Cosworth doing the Valkyrie and T50. I assume Merc doing their own).
Interesting but should be good for us however it falls.

Up to 20 percent stake. This can't do any harm to the eventual Valkyrie SOP. "enabling Aston Martin to focus its investment in other areas and expand its product portfolio." such as perhaps incorporating ST brakes into their vehicles. Fils

Oh thanks pinkfoot2 lol. Couldn't figure what Tricky was alluding to. Missed that late market news today - only just came away from work at past 7pm and had my head down all afternoon. Fils
