I like David's reaction to the question about the decision on OEM cell 2 - it needs more firm contract announcements first. Now he is talking about other financing options. Could it be that David may not let the city folks wet their beaks!
This announcement will not just have OEMs sitting up. Once sat up I hope DB makes them beg! Like Longshanks says some of us have been here a long time - it is our cake to share. Snap - Longshanks I am not selling either. Fils

fillspectre - that is the key information for me, winning a big, dirty battle on all grounds; price, product, supply chain and capacity. Pretty stunning facts and a low blow for Brembo one must assume.

Other OEM's must sit up and take note.

Best bit of the presentation so far at 16:33hrs. Hard fought battle. A data driven Company. Dirtiest fight David Bundred has ever seen. Could it be getting your brakes on an OEM8 car means a hell of lot in terms of validation and exposure! Fils

Pretty down to see Zeus only having a tp of 45p IMO. Presentation v good though with impressive slides and the numbers look astonishing when shown like this.

The board have made efforts to include existing shareholders in fund raises and I would expect that to continue going forward.

Completely agree LS . We have supported this company through very difficult times and many placings over 15 years. All Current shareholders should be given access not just institutions who are very good at pushing supporting shareholders out once they now understand the potential.

Good to hear the thoughts from Zeus. Thanks Riv.

I am still struggling to understand their lacklustre upgrade to the target price. One clue could be in the statement where they quantify the amount of shot term investment needed to support the business growth.

Zeus and FinnCap are, naturally, self interested and will I suspect try to move the company towards raising fresh capital.

I'm not wholly averse to this being done, but given the corn has been sowed, nurtured, harvested, milled and baked into bread already, it would be a little galling to this little red hen if the bread should now be offered to others pain free.

In the world that I would like, when one is carving up a cake it should be available first to those who worked hardest rather than those that are greediest. I would hope therefore that some condition could be attached to any such placing that those who already have a demonstrable position take priority.

New 5-minute interview about SCE with Zeus Capital's Research Director. Doesn't add much to what we know, except:

- there's a potential 2 year extension to the duration of the contract
- confirms it's an EV
- he expects a third major contract to be announced "in the coming months"

The absolute key for me is the verification this new contract gives the company and its product.Confidence will be sky high and momentum in sales will surely follow.Market ripe for the product at all levels, limited competition and a very tight shareholder base. Its been a while coming but well worth the wait-and all my core stock is EIS.

Should there be any insomniacs on the board:

Of possible more significance is that RS has increase his holding - OK trigger point was the 14th - So if he was the early bird was paying between 27p/33p - Given the size of his holding and probable average price that is a real sign of confidence of much further to go (imo)

Cheers longshanks. I've already submitted a question to the webinar asking if DB can give any clues as to who OEM7 are, so that's a bit redundant now....

Three buys reported late at 45.5p and 45.9p totalling almost 62,000 shares, plus two 22k buys at 44.5p and 44.9p. Decent buying, but not huge, suggesting there's not too much stock out there. Most of us here are I suspect holding for a lot more upside than this, es[ecially now that the race seems to be on for the OEMs to fill up the available capacity.

I wrote to DB the other day and he confirmed my suspicions around OEM7. It is effectively the internal name they use for Koenigsegg/NEVS.

As to the tp from Zeus. For the life of me I can't understand how a doubling of FY22 forecast revenues led to just a 5p increase, but they presumably have their reasons and no doubt they will review it in time.

Either way, being one of the house brokers I doubt that they will be issuing a SELL note when this is at 60p.

Couple of random observations:

- Zeus initial target price of 45p has been reached after two days. Time they got their finger out and updated?

- As Graham1TY pondered in post 4304, who/what/where is OEM7? Either that or they need a new financial controller.

Good. I added a few earlier at around 41.8. Feels odd to be buying at this level.
