Good posts Clanger66! Personally, I reckon it could be Blackrock offloading.. They're renowned for having itchy feet and have recently been actively pulling back from many other stocks.

Unfortunately LSE may have rules on the holding notifications, but they rarely enforce it and instead rely on the company to pursue standings in stocks. I've seen this occur in a few investments tbh.

Saying the above, there's been some chunky late buys and also a chunky late sell shown up after play!

Paul Hill at Vox markets talks to Gervais Williams at Premier Miton and touches on Supreme around 20 minutes into the interview. Nothing really new said, points out inflationary pressures which everyone is highlighting of late. Mentions how entrepreneurial Sandy is, focussing on real cash, not just sales which gives the option to make acquisitions, buy back shares and/or pay a good dividend (yield is currently 5.8%).

The top shareholders are Canaccord, Slater, Blackrock, Moneta and Hargreaves Lansdown.Moneta only recently acquired their stake and Hargreaves are likely to be mainly PI's so that leaves 3. I guess it will be one or a combination of them who're selling.

The year end trading update was announced on the 12th April. The share price has weakened ever since. From that date till today a total of 17.98 million shares have printed. This is nearly 36 percent of the free float.

I just had a search around and in accordance with the LSE rules, Panel of Takeover and merger board rules, an investor who acquires, exceeds or falls below 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 percent and each one percent threshold thereafter up to 100 percent of a U.K. company must disclose their interest to the LSE and the company within 2 days.

You would think, wouldn't you. Unfortunately I believe it's left to the holder to report when that threshold has been crossed, so either the threshold hasn't been crossed or they haven't got round to notify the company.

The company itself can ask holder to make a notification, but I just don't know what the company's position is on the matter.. maybe an email is necessary to the bod.

isn't the rule when a % of holdings is crossed either by buying or selling an RNS must be released ?

Over 25% wiped off the market cap in the last few weeks since trading update.. Pathetic tbh with no indication of seller position.

119p on the bid now, thought the aggression was done with last week, but alas , no. Although there was some large buys yesterday as well but seller won the day in the end.

Large trades going through each day at ever-decreasing prices.

Buying opportunity IMO, and I've been purchasing small amounts most of the way down.

Could easily have it wrong though!

Strange no RNS yet on who's selling. Must have a load more to go!Hopefully out soon, free float fairly small here so could bounce up fairy briskly.

A condition of bad markets and seller I think. Thursday was atrocious for markets and it seems the seller is still about, although off-loading less vigorously than previous weeks. No TR1 as yet, maybe on Monday, who knows.

It is just that.. the seller tbh as the business model is sound. As someone referred earlier, it would be nice to have a broker rating aligned with company direction. Also not really sure how much the Mcoll affair impacted the share price although the management cleared that up...albeit a little late? IMO should've nipped that in the bud very much earlier.

Yep noticed, seems as the seller is either on fumes or cleared out as the ask is rising with every few small buys. Looking to a return to 150+ soon!

Totally agree topvest. This has fallen on broad market sentiment, not fundamentals or future prospects.

This looks like a smilar trend to UPGS post IPO. First sign of any mild disappointment and IPO investors start bailing out, despite the fact that nothing has changed medium and long term. May well go lower, but is a good long-term accumulation in my view.
