26/5/2022 17:27 | Good posts Clanger66! Personally, I reckon it could be Blackrock offloading.. They're renowned for having itchy feet and have recently been actively pulling back from many other stocks. Unfortunately LSE may have rules on the holding notifications, but they rarely enforce it and instead rely on the company to pursue standings in stocks. I've seen this occur in a few investments tbh. Saying the above, there's been some chunky late buys and also a chunky late sell shown up after play! | bladey
26/5/2022 17:13 | Paul Hill at Vox markets talks to Gervais Williams at Premier Miton and touches on Supreme around 20 minutes into the interview. Nothing really new said, points out inflationary pressures which everyone is highlighting of late. Mentions how entrepreneurial Sandy is, focussing on real cash, not just sales which gives the option to make acquisitions, buy back shares and/or pay a good dividend (yield is currently 5.8%). | ![]() clanger66
26/5/2022 16:50 | The top shareholders are Canaccord, Slater, Blackrock, Moneta and Hargreaves Lansdown.Moneta only recently acquired their stake and Hargreaves are likely to be mainly PI's so that leaves 3. I guess it will be one or a combination of them who're selling. | ![]() clanger66
26/5/2022 16:42 | The year end trading update was announced on the 12th April. The share price has weakened ever since. From that date till today a total of 17.98 million shares have printed. This is nearly 36 percent of the free float. | ![]() clanger66
26/5/2022 16:35 | I just had a search around and in accordance with the LSE rules, Panel of Takeover and merger board rules, an investor who acquires, exceeds or falls below 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 percent and each one percent threshold thereafter up to 100 percent of a U.K. company must disclose their interest to the LSE and the company within 2 days. | ![]() clanger66
26/5/2022 15:59 | You would think, wouldn't you. Unfortunately I believe it's left to the holder to report when that threshold has been crossed, so either the threshold hasn't been crossed or they haven't got round to notify the company. The company itself can ask holder to make a notification, but I just don't know what the company's position is on the matter.. maybe an email is necessary to the bod. | bladey
26/5/2022 15:28 | isn't the rule when a % of holdings is crossed either by buying or selling an RNS must be released ? | ![]() danb45
26/5/2022 11:14 | Over 25% wiped off the market cap in the last few weeks since trading update.. Pathetic tbh with no indication of seller position. | bladey
26/5/2022 11:03 | 119p on the bid now, thought the aggression was done with last week, but alas , no. Although there was some large buys yesterday as well but seller won the day in the end. | bladey
26/5/2022 10:20 | Large trades going through each day at ever-decreasing prices. Buying opportunity IMO, and I've been purchasing small amounts most of the way down. Could easily have it wrong though! | ![]() spann_703
26/5/2022 09:59 | Now priced at less than 9 times forward earnings... | ![]() johndoe23
26/5/2022 09:49 | Strange no RNS yet on who's selling. Must have a load more to go!Hopefully out soon, free float fairly small here so could bounce up fairy briskly. | ![]() johndoe23
26/5/2022 09:11 | Still no TR on who's selling.. True value being eroded daily! | bladey
23/5/2022 15:00 | Nice to see Suzanne take FD of the year at the north west finance awards. Well deserved. https://www.robertwa | ![]() actscap
21/5/2022 13:39 | A condition of bad markets and seller I think. Thursday was atrocious for markets and it seems the seller is still about, although off-loading less vigorously than previous weeks. No TR1 as yet, maybe on Monday, who knows. It is just that.. the seller tbh as the business model is sound. As someone referred earlier, it would be nice to have a broker rating aligned with company direction. Also not really sure how much the Mcoll affair impacted the share price although the management cleared that up...albeit a little late? IMO should've nipped that in the bud very much earlier. | bladey
20/5/2022 12:51 | Seller still here?! | ![]() johndoe23
17/5/2022 22:58 | 3 chunky trades yesterday, not sure if they're buys or sells though...?! | ![]() dougmachin
16/5/2022 14:50 | Buys coming in thick and fast, very low float here, so expect to see higher jumps up in sp! | bladey
16/5/2022 13:15 | Yep noticed, seems as the seller is either on fumes or cleared out as the ask is rising with every few small buys. Looking to a return to 150+ soon! | bladey
16/5/2022 09:41 | Buys appearing as sells @ 126p on level 2. | ![]() slopsjon2
13/5/2022 17:15 | Not as aggressive today as we've seen this last week, still ended up with a UT of 126.00p.. hoping this fairs better next week. | bladey
13/5/2022 10:19 | Totally agree topvest. This has fallen on broad market sentiment, not fundamentals or future prospects. | ![]() masurenguy
13/5/2022 10:15 | This looks like a smilar trend to UPGS post IPO. First sign of any mild disappointment and IPO investors start bailing out, despite the fact that nothing has changed medium and long term. May well go lower, but is a good long-term accumulation in my view. | ![]() topvest
12/5/2022 13:26 | In this market, who knows?! | ![]() johndoe23 |
