Well there really is a short term event here to anticipate which means I am not looking to top slice. Yes I have a couple of T+20s which I will try to trade (buy and sell) and roll on to a longer date with the net same position but unusually for me I am not looking to sell any. In fact I have bought an extra 1000 by spreadbet this morning so am slowly increasing my overall position.

It looks to be an open goal especially with the current momentum but as always DYOR!

Some buying interest this morning. There is now nothing on the RSP at the offered screen price but they are bidding for a reasonable amount at or above the quote. The best offer is 131.999. That would suggest further upside is imminent....

In terms of timing of US deal it was me who stated summer 2020 as per last presentation in my question and after re-reading the response they didn't actually quote that date in the reply but did refer to the said presentation. Sorry if i've mislead anyone.

I believe the Company has previously stated that they hope to ‘conclude a partnering agreement in the USA during 2020’ and within that presentation Tim stated that the Company was ‘working to close a transaction at the earliest opportunity.’ Shield has always made it clear that the Company wouldn’t rush into a deal if it wasn’t right for its strategy and ultimately provide shareholder value.

With regards to the two studies you talk about, see below:

H2 2020 – Start of Paediatric Phase III Studies: FDA gave guidance at the start of the pandemic to not start any new trials, so the start date did get pushed back but the Company has subsequently stated that it expected the first stage of this study to begin in the Autumn of this year.

H2 2020 – Start of work on formulation for PT20: Shield is still on track to commence the development of the new formulation at some stage in H2, once finance is available, which could be provided by a US deal.

It was worth repeating anyway, filipe :) I agree itshenderz; it feels more likely that than a leak, or I would expect a real spike of at least 15-20%. This rise just re-emphasises the impact of a small free float I think. A close above 130 would be splendid, although any blue finish will be satisfying for a Friday.
