The fact is MULTIPLE offers have been received already and negotiations are at the advanced stage. This is what makes a near certainty we will have a partner in the due course.

We are where we are. No-one is happy with the delay in signing the deal but you have to say that the report strongly suggests one will arrive soon. Assuming that is true the current valuation is ridiculous.

I would say that the decision to proceed with the paediatric study despite only having a cash runway into Q1 next year is a strange one.

On the whole the wording is very positive but no deal has been done and all financing options are theoretical.

It looks like the price is going to open down, which I don't understand as I don't see any real negatives in the report. If it does, it certainly looks like a buying opportunity.

Non binding offers have been received from US companies. There is tangible evidence of real progress and that a deal is close. The market cap here is ridiculous....
