Looking at the results again, almost comparable with IV in early weeks and then superior in weeks 24, 36 and 52.

"At weeks 24, 36 and 52, the mean increases in Hb levels in those patients still being monitored were 2.93 g/dL, 3.16 g/dL and 2.72 g/dL in the Feraccru (R) /Accrufer (R) arm compared with 2.84 g/dL, 2.70 g/dL and 2.79 g/dL in the IV arm."

Massive potential imho. Look forward to the deal.

Possibility Feraccru/Accrufer could even replace intravenous iron therapy in most cases. The simplicity of taking two oral capsules is very appealing as well as cost effective. In addition, I think the China market is huge so we are looking at potentially a fantastic deal that may surprise us. Lets wait and see, not long to go.

p.s. should be around £1.80 before deal and I have now upped my target to £3.50 post deal.

The US deal could come at any time, discussions will have been ongoing for a while and last weeks news will be the catalyst.

Interesting price move on no news. I was undecided whether to take the profit or average up - in the end I've bought some more hoping the momentum continues as investors ponder last week's news.

As I heard the proactive interview, STX is now waiting on publication of the detailed clinical study report, which is not expected until September/October. Wouldn't it make sense to delay conclusion of a US deal until after that publication?

Nobby is buying up the last of the free float :) How delightful this sustained surge has been to watch. I do look forward to the RNS list each morning and it must include one with a deal for us soon, you would expect. GLA.

Summer time trading

All good in the hood here, the only ones crying by the kerbside, are those that were mugged gently sub 100p and above.

Also watching this, messed up by buying N4P - going to sell out for a loss and buy more of these, hopefully that won't make the price go down.....

Mostly buys this morning (despite what the trade log says) and the bid is edging up. Looking promising. I am watching like a hawk with my finger hovering over the buy button to get more.

Another 10k for me and I will be looking to buy more. I just think this is a complete open goal now with Tim's confident comments about a deal the other day.

All IMHO and DYOR.....
