T60 - Is the expiration in the last MDA or NI43-101 report?

The exchange and security authorities don't look at videos, just electronic/hardcopy filings. So, the SRB executive team can talk up the listeners all they like. This has been mentioned by me several times. Unless it is filed with the exchange and security authorities, the videos are just a warm summer breeze that fades to chilly winter breezes.

So the question here is when does the trial licence expire at Coringa(I haven’t been keeping up but thought it is close or has expired)?

So following on what is Serabi’s legal position in terms of mining between trial licence expiry and future approval date?

(Thought guidance for next year was last stated to be 36,000-39,000)

180 days muppet. That was a surprise when it was slipped into an update with no explanation. Now the BRR interview, strung it out to "hopefully" the first half of 2024. a year beyond the expectation Q1 2023.

180 days from July 2023 is .. January .. which is Q1 / H1 🤷‍a94;️. It will warrant an RNS so I expect that by the end of January . Otherwise they might look like 🤡’s again 😳

Ffs shut up Boris .. it’s like reading a 12 year old’s posts . License hopefully confirmed by end of month and a re-rate of the share price . I just hope these clowns are concentrating on production and cash … no doubt if they do their job they will have granted themselves huge bonuses .. for just doing what their basic salary is paid for. Still don’t trust their abilities or honesty .. we will see . If they get it done and right then 100p+ … simple as that.

Morning petal, I started buying back the ones I sold at 50p. I’ll hopefully get more in the low 40’s, before they release 2024 guidance. I’m still holding all the shares bought in the 20’s and 30’s. Hope that helps 😎

We are due a Q4 update in the next two+ weeks and traditionally 2024 production guidance. The current Stocko forecast is to increase revenue YoY by 10.7% , the PoG assumptions are not specified. At constant PoG this suggests +3,700 Oz YoY..

In April we will hopefully get confirmation of the Santander $5m loan repayment in February. After that we will see the balance of cash generation to fully-fund Coringa (subject to the licence finialsation) - and/or accelerate self-funding of the Au exploration opportunities surrounding Palito (Cinderella etc).

Of course, we may soon see the conclusion of a fresh loan, now secured on licensed assets. tightfist
