2. Commencement of Trading on OTCQX

Commenting on the announcement, Serabi’s CEO, Mike Hodgson, said that “We are delighted to qualify for the premier tier on OTC Markets. Securing a quotation on OTCQX will simplify the ability for US based investors to invest in Serabi’s ordinary shares without the need to establish trading accounts in either the UK or Canada. At the same time the Company is not required to increase its current levels of regulatory reporting or compliance, making this a very cost-effective option for expanding the investor base of Serabi.”

Meanreverter .. 100% but the grade in the last report was 6.33g/t x 50,000 max mining tonnage = 316,500g = 10,157 Troy ounces ..

The point being that is the likely maximum from this transformational mine in the next year when they were guiding it to be a 100k producing company by now . Palito production dropping like a stone . Hodgson is a slippery underperformer imho . Good news is over 20 year mine life ! Should keep Hodgson’s pension topped up .

Unfortunately, gold is measured by the troy ounce of 31.1034768 grams, about 9.7% bigger than the imperial ounce of 28.349523125 grams.
