Cost of expansion. This is a means to an end time for sure but in 18 months 90,000 ounces - do the math and remember zero increase in admin costs, so the AISC will drop through the floor. All falling into place very nicely. Don’t follow the price, markets get them wrong. 2023.

Very good news. The CLN extension lines up with the date Coringa will be fully paid off with free cash flow. US$9.5M to go. If the cash generation continues as is, we will also have adequate funds to pay for the mine development. What an awesome steady ship in rough seas. Fantastic. The future is great and not that far away. Stupid MCAP ....... under the radar and must rerate. 200p min, 500p in 24 months.

Yes still on programme. Mid 2022 was always the timeframe post covid. 2023 the production will grow from 40,000 to 80,000, AISC dropping to USD1k, so potentially USD80M profit - way higher than the existing MCAP and only a year away!!!!

Question .. how many grams/tonne is there in 50,000t of ore ? Translate that to ounces .. what do you get ? 6g per tonne gives just over 10,000 ounces . Pretty much in line with production report.

With the existing wars and various underlying international frictions it seems inevitable that the gold price is unlikely to drop much from current levels whilst some analysts are predicting even better to come. If Serabi can move forward quickly to take advantage of the gold bull run then that elusive £1 may be achievable in 2024. Ive been here many years and am still about 20% underwater so need some positive steps forward to help fund the remainder of my retirement. GLA
