20/12/2021 09:50 | Share price back to where it was when the directors last bought (118p in March, just before the bid interest). You would hope the buisness would be in a much better position now than it was then. | gargoyle2
16/12/2021 22:37 | Bought 50 k more on the bell a shade over 1.22 | castleford tiger
16/12/2021 22:24 | At 105-115, that's when you'd want that offer to come knocking again even if you intend to hold, just like last time. | casholaa
13/12/2021 12:58 | Alantra adding -- from 17% to 18% | gargoyle2
13/12/2021 11:43 | Looks like tiger has bought more | linton5
13/12/2021 10:53 | That's a fair alternative point of view, if put rather (and unnecessarily) crudely. It would be good to see the Board embrace that long-term vision with some share buying of their own though. | gargoyle2
10/12/2021 20:59 | It's worth re-reading SNR's 22 June bid rejection again imo, which sets out in some detail the reasons for the rejection == 1) Highly opportunistic, comes at a low point when core markets remain temporarily impacted by Covid-19 fall out [query what is meant by 'temporarily impacted'.. is it the same as 'transitory inflation'? core markets are still being impacetd 6 months later] 2) Does not reflect the anticipated end-market recovery across core Civil Aerospace, Land Vehicle and Power & Energy markets [civil aerospace recovery is still 2-3 years away imo, and assumes that covid and its variants disappear] 3) Fails to recognise Senior's clear strategy to maximise shareholder value and grow the business by focusing on IP-rich fluid conveyance and thermal management technology [hmmm... you mean that strategy that was so well set out at the Capital Markets Day, the day that marked the start of the share price dive?] 4) Still fundamentally undervalues Senior and its future prospects [future future future] Actually, subject to covid, I'm pretty confident that SNR's share price will be above 200p in 2-3 years. But 200p in the hand is still something the Board should have taken more seriously imo. I can't believe that some of the larger shareholders don't feel the same way -- some large holder is currently selling down, so i think that speaks for itself. | gargoyle2
10/12/2021 19:17 | @sooty, early days, not much point to wish for such things at 130pish. | casholaa
10/12/2021 19:07 | Lone Star please come back. I'll take 2 quid a share no problem. | sooty snipes
03/12/2021 23:40 | You could be right, CT, but I've heard that used as an excuse for directors not buying many times before. I don't think it's ever been followed by a bid in my experience, but maybe this is a first! Let's hope so. | gargoyle2
03/12/2021 17:00 | another 25000 added at just under 130. Maybe they cannot buy? tiger | castleford tiger
03/12/2021 14:53 | Another new low.. come on, directors, buy some shares please | gargoyle2
30/11/2021 11:43 | Directors last bought meaningful amounts in March at 118p. We're not far off that now. | gargoyle2
30/11/2021 11:08 | These numpties would find it hard to turn down £2 a share now. Or would they? | sooty snipes
29/11/2021 15:40 | The share price is in freefall at the moment. | gargoyle2
28/11/2021 14:54 | BOD members falling over themselves to buy shares atm, eh. You would think at these "bargain levels" some non exes would be loading up?, but no. | essentialinvestor
26/11/2021 20:08 | 20 k more at 1.37 so missed the bottom but happy to have them | castleford tiger

26/11/2021 09:03 | I'm waiting for Tiger's post to say he has added another load at what always appears to be the low of the day ;. | essentialinvestor
