CEO has £4 million invested, Oman mining licence about to drop, Portugal scoping study for what may become Europe’s first lithium mine producing into a world high demand for EV batteries due within 2 weeks. The time to be in here is now. If all goes to plan, this will be north of £1.00 within 18 months.

UK George; no sour grapes please. No point being invested here if you don’t believe or cannot articulate reasons for a higher share price. I have and happy to put my money where my mouth is.

Copper and lithium are THE commodities to be in, in the next 5 years. Timing is great here and David Archer has 31.6 million reasons to do his best for all of us.

Ties in with my sum of parts 22p-25p valuation ( fair value) for where we are now.
Within 18 months £1.00 is entirely possible once Oman is up and running and Portugal fully drilled and financed for mine development for 2020 production.

I was looking at another chart and it has the all time high at 16p which was in Feb 2011.Google got it at 20p

It was African Mining & Exploration plc at the time but only had 83,205,007 shares in issue. Different company though and didn't have the same Assets, Management anyway.
Sure you guys know that already.

All said, 16p-20p might still be targets.🙂203;

I first heard of Sav when Meyer stated it was his top pick in an interview.

I owe him a beer

Mozambique

The pre tax NPV(10) on management case 2 is $335 million or c £240 million
Assuming SAV earn in up to 51% on completion of DFS, this provides a £122 million NPV for SAV.

Whichever way you cut it, the collective assets are worth considerably more than the 13.5p we’re at currently. My view is 22-25p is a very short term fair value target.
All 3 assets have major expansion potential.

Edgein, if we move Moz up to our full investment, yes you’re correct and we should be allocating £100 million to this now.

It’s head spinning stuff the collective potential here and the thing is, it’s all coming together now after a very long wait( Oman/Mozambique). The speed of development at Portugal is a clear marker the BOD see this as a golden opportunity to cash in big time if they are quick....

Will be very surprised if we’re not mid cap within 18 months ( £500 million +).

Totally agree; I can see Portugal ending up nearer 40M tonnes once all the licences have been drilled , hence the Alura comparison. Timing is everything, in that regard , if the Oman ML and the Portugal scoping study drop in the next 2 weeks , I see 25-30p being a realistic short term target.

HG,

Perhaps a little harsh on Moz discount, its several $bn of high grade titanium oxide at surface at very good grades and its approaching PFS that started last year.

PEA for Moz was actually more recent than I thought (May '17):

"US$4.23 billion LOM revenue forecast based on Management Case Two (base case revenue of US$3.53 billion forecast)"

Its no slouch and is running hot on the heels of Portugal, while its got the bulk sample underway Moz has the pilot plant getting us to the PFS and eventual DFS. For a project with $4bn gross revenues from part of the current know reserves (with expo upside), £20m seems one heck of a discount given that its heading for development phase rather than expo phase.

Ed.

HG,

Didn't it also say in that recent article that SAV are applying for 8 more licences in Portugal? Yes its all falling into place for SAV at the right time as you suggest. EV boom gonna skyrocket both Cu and Li. SOLG reached £500m cap well before production and their Cu is modest grade and deep. Not saying we're gonna hit £500m any time soon, but once the market gets behind something you just never know. All of SAV's projects combined would cost a mere fraction of the cash costs SOLG would need.

Regards,
Ed.

Altura comparison when Portugal developed to mine start (within 2 years) and assuming further development of resource scale to over 20 million tonnes = c £300 million

Oman as a producing copper mine from early next year = £350 million

Mozambique THM JV , reasonably allow £20 milllion now for very early stage.

Discount back but IMO, £150 milllion minimum fair value now.

I think both Portugal and Oman will outperform due to metal demand.
