16/5/2018 15:41 | On the other thread, confirmed that Oman doesn't need the full number of feasibility studies. Means funding and licence pretty much all we need, then mine build. This year still possible. | broncowarrior
16/5/2018 13:58 | Reba, Are you kidding, this is gonna be the biggest year in SAV's history. ML for Oman, Scoping study for Portugal with more drilling results too and further JORC upgrades then DFS for the world class multi $bn Moz asset. Board is often quiet which is more likely a good thing than a bad thing but don't assume the LTH's are gonna sell out. It'll be mid cap before I sell any here. And then may just hold for divi's from Oman and Portugal, that is if they don't get taken out by one of the global lith producers in the mean time. Regards, Ed. | edgein
16/5/2018 09:44 | Well done UKGeorge. I thought everyone had abandoned ship. No change in the bid after all the activity with the big trades. | reba
16/5/2018 09:07 | the last couple of buys yesterday were me two 60k @ 6.525 roll on a rerating when the scoping study arrives | ukgeorge
14/5/2018 16:31 | Well someone is buying big time or selling Which is it? | reba

14/5/2018 11:16 | Do we need to carry out a further PFS or BFS before mining can commence? I can't remember seeing either. | broncowarrior
14/5/2018 08:53 | Excellent news, although it has been expected for some time. With Alara and SAV now with mining licence applications, how on earth will PAM be able to cope? Timely reminder about the first copper article in the header. The 2017 copper yearbook and the April newsletter are both there. | ged5
14/5/2018 07:56 | Great news, just the PAM next and then on towards development, very nice to see the last of the permits come through on this shallow high grade project. Regards, Ed. | edgein
14/5/2018 07:40 | Finally. Hopefully the mining lease a formality now. In the next 12 months we should start earning some cash! | broncowarrior
14/5/2018 07:34 | Looks like Oman's got the green light. Just rubber stamp from PAM hopefully a formality as it seems the country is taking steps to make its mining industry more attractive to investors, very good news. ...In light of the very favourable copper price environment and strong interest from potential off-takers for high-quality copper concentrate, we are excited to be moving closer to being the first new copper mine development in Oman for a number of years and look forward to finalising the licensing process with PAM. "Alongside our licensing progress, we have been participating in the government sponsored Tanfeedh Labs sessions, which have provided an excellent opportunity to bring together all stakeholders related to the mining industry in Oman and provided an industry sounding board for the proposed new mining law in Oman, which is moving towards adoption and is focussed on making Oman's mining environment more attractive to investors and supporting the development of the industry in-country... | paleje
10/5/2018 11:18 | Did anyone go to the AGM? | broncowarrior
10/5/2018 09:40 | Blame deflector more like. PAM doesn't need to address any apparent delay in any decision until all the No Objections are in. Whilst they could make a decision before the State Council passes things into law, I would suggest they are highly unlikely to pre-empt that if any career progression is harboured. We never seem to hear of any objections or negative points raised against the draft laws (would we ever) so one might hope that it continues its glacial progress towards approval. At which point...... | inbrackets
10/5/2018 09:16 | Was thinking about it again as to what's taking so long with the housing ministry. Perhaps they're like the UK planning authorities and have to approve any proposed plant and office/accommodation building associated with the development of the copper mine. Perhaps that is why its the last and longest of the 8 permits before ML? Who knows. Clearly DA was hoping it would be here before now. At least we'll have the scoping study for Portugal to keep us amused in the near term and followed by the DFS for Moz. Might even hear some more from our two rigs in porty too. Regards, Ed. | edgein
09/5/2018 13:00 | HG, That would be nice, last we heard was potential production by year end. Housing ministry best get their skates on. Regards, Ed. | edgein
08/5/2018 22:17 | 2019-2022 is forecast to see a structural copper supply deficit with prices forecast north of $3.50lb. A good time to sort the final Oman permit and mining licence... | highly geared
08/5/2018 19:28 | Is a permit afoot....? | broncowarrior
08/5/2018 16:56 | These are going to breakout soon :) chart looks ready for a 50% or so move :) | ukgeorge
08/5/2018 16:56 | Strong at the close.... | broncowarrior
04/5/2018 09:25 | I just added a few @ 6.35 Roll on the scoping study :) and another resource upgrade. | ukgeorge
04/5/2018 08:53 | From today's tweet:- As carmakers roll out their electric lineups, Diess said there were “clear” indications to restart talks to establish manufacturing of battery cells in Europe to satisfy growing demand. Robert Bosch, the world’s largest car-parts maker, decided against starting an own battery cell production earlier this year citing high investment demands. | ged5
03/5/2018 15:51 | David Archer talking about spodumene, resource target and further drilling. Scoping study in the next month or so. | ged5
03/5/2018 07:26 | Well if you scroll back you will see that I was buying. :) I'd just like a few more | ukgeorge
02/5/2018 20:32 | UK George you would like a pull back to add more? So 5.25p buy possibility a week ago not enough for you? | ipwil
02/5/2018 19:21 | Yes agree these are going to rocket :) | ukgeorge |
