The sell-off is angry and disillusioned holders who've been locked up for 6 months and expected a better immediate outcome. AK mis-judged things and insti's took advantage.

But to new money, the current share price must look attractive, trouble is everyone's still on holiday. This happened with HUR and also (twice) with SDX, both recovering with good prospects.

I was amongst the locked in holders, not happy with the outcome so far but I've added and hoping the new year will see some early improvement.

LSE will have just updated their website assuming the first tranche went through on the expected date.

Don't take it for certain it has actually happened.

The way this share price is diving it is looking more like the first tranche were not issued and/or there is serious trouble with this deal .Whatever it is, this is looking bad.

Remember,they did not say they would be admitted,they said they were expected to be admitted which is why I was expecting to see a confirmation RNS to confirm that they were admitted at 08:00 this morning.

Where is the first tranche RNS for the admission of the shares this morning. I expected a separate RNS to confirm the admission this morning.Perhaps the share price is holding up well because they have pulled out of the first tranche due to already being 20% below the Placing price of 35p and can buy them for 28p instead so there is no additional dilution today ?Perhaps no additional RNS was needed as they already gave notice in a previous RNS?An RNS would be very reassuring to know if the first tranche is going ahead today or not.

First TrancheA first tranche of 27,462,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "First Tranche Placing Shares") will be issued using the Company's existing share issuance authority which was obtained at its annual general meeting earlier this year.  The First Tranche Placing Shares are expected to be admitted to trading at 8.00 a.m. on 28 December 2017, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$12.9m.

Todays' trading pattern will be interesting to watch. MT your thoughts ? There probably may be a weakness in price to begin then a strengthening as the morning progresses, ending the day stronger and one hopes in the blue ... ?
