Not too bad a day here. A late 16k buy aswell.

Would be good to get a trading update to draw some attention for as today has shown it doesn't take much to move the price due to shortage of stock.

I'd be interested to see the value they place on current assets per share now.

If buying pressure continues we will keep rising...

You can trade within the spread, buy price currently 24p and sell is slightly higher than bid shown. GLA

Exactly my opinion, extremely undervalued, just needs a little market realisation and we could move very well IMHO. GLA

What I couldn't quite understand was the fact that they took the prudent step of writing down the value of their assets as per the last results. Since then the market has improved but even at that time the company stated

"Net assets per share at the year end were 63p (2008: 114p). "

and yet the shares are trading at around 30% of that value. A decent indication of improvement in the next results should surely bring about a reasonable rerating unless I'm missing something.

Gantenbrink, stock is extremely tight, only 5mill shares in free float! Great rise so far, lots more to come IMHO. Last NAV update was 63p! GLA

I bought a few of these on Friday hoping that the improving property market might change the fortunes of this company which appeared to be undervalued. Hopefully I bought at the right time. Up 17% now on minimal volume and today I can't even get an online quote to buy so stock must be very tight or the MM's are keen to hold on to what they've got for the minute.

MM's extremely low on stock! Impossible to buy online with Halifax atm... Can sell for 16.11p... with just a few buys now they will have to raise the sp! GLA

Can anyone else buy any online?

Good to see a little tick up here, volumes picking up as well... next week could be a very good week with a bit more interest... there is only so much volume the MM's can put through before hiking to price up as there are so little shares in free float. GLA

TDW must admit I prefer: lower dealing costs, seem to get a better price on the spread, quicker to fill orders when you need to send to the floor.

Also the credit facility although risky (buying on margin etc) is a huge help they let me have 35k at one point which if the market had bombed would have left me in the sticky stuff but has paid off you just need to stay on top of things luckily im an Excel geek so its all good.
