Yep, read the accounts you will see that is after the write down last March [that turned out to be the low for houses and comm.] Saf i understand is 50/50 split.

Infact i buy stocks that have fallen 90% plus [on value grounds ] just like SAF. Many long term shareholders in these stocks are more than happy for me to show up.!!

value of commercial property in many cases impossible to quantify or predict, but you only have to be sitting on so many former shops and industrial premises
to be sailing close to oblivion
no buyers, no renters, may as well torch it

If that is the case you are still a shareholder from 75% up to 90%. If they get 90% they can clear you out, [at a price].

Thanks for that. To me this stock has lots to go for,and it could come in various forms. Ie deals, cash injection, and a bid to name a few.

They had bank funding in place for £200m at one time. However, this has probably been withdrawn given the value of the original 11 sites are underwater. We will have to await an update of what they are planning with this.

Buy at full offer price just gone through, with four MM in this stock none want to give it away.!!!
