'With the continued support of the banks and our professional team, we consider
that Safeland is well positioned to take full advantage of any improvement in
market conditions as and when they may occur, whilst also assessing
opportunities in other areas that have the potential to improve the Company. I
therefore, remain optimistic for the long term future.'

d6, yup there is also a link there as you say! You looked through the last results? NAV was 63p and being property it could only have gone up or not moved IMO. Steal at this price IMHO. GL

Well done beagle, huge upside here... just needs some market realisation IMO. Could go very well with a bit of interest as there aren't many shares in free float... GLA

Mike...Finally in with 20k at same 16.9p. Had a limit order with TDW for hours. Phoned through and told price is 18p, but advised "fill or kill", a new one to me and got filled in no time. I wonder how many times in the past I have paid over the odds. Sell of 25k at 15.5p just gone through on Aim. Worth a flutter for sure.

Yes, after watching for a while i bought in today, buys on plus.

Major Shareholders
Shareholders who hold more than 3% Amount % Holding
Safeland Holdings Corporation (dup A & B) 10,854,386 64.41%
Errol Alan Lipman (dup A) 692,442 4.11%

There are only 15.2Mill shares in issue so could move extremely well on small volume. GL

Have a look though, from last results:

'Gearing at the year end was 154% (2008: 110%). Net assets per share at the
year end were 63p (2008: 114p).'

Not in MNR or IPI

Cant say property is my speciality but I think ive seen some pretty wild discrepancies between NAV and share price on others e.g. MNR, IPI

Are you invested here?

pelleeds1980

What did you think of the NAV position? Being as it's property it can only have gone up slightly and was last realised to be at 63p... if market realisation kicks in on this one it could really move with the few shares in issue IMO. GL mate.

Hi Mike hope your keeping well. Ill watch this one for the timebeing been going after the small oilers which seem to be flavour de jour at the minute.

Property plays seem a bit quiet at the min was in a few a while back still hold MERE and INL

You can currently buy for 16.9p, well under offer and sell just above bid so spread is much smaller than it appears. GLA

Hi Mike..Followed you over. Certainly looks cheap but 3p spread (at times 5p) is putting me off. Will keep an eye on the share price

With NAV at 4 times more than current market cap this has to be a steal at this price?

15.2Mill Shares in issue with 71% taken up by major shareholders. Hence very few shares in free float.

Got in here today, with NAV being 4 times greater than current market cap this is a steal at this price... property stocks been moving well recently, this could explode with a little market awareness. GLA

this is only lagging because it rarely trades, all it would take would be one item of news and bingo, probably virtually any announcement would double the price in days.....all imho natch!
