30/9/2018 16:24 | Yes, looks like that might be the case. Its surprising that the share price is holding up. I've held in the past, but sold out last time this retrenched as I didn't like the hugely dilutive options at about 9.5p that still hang over the reported NAV. Its always really been run as a private company, with enormous salaries and exotic company cars. Demergers have been interesting though. Safestore, Hercules Property, Bizspace and Safestay ring a bell. Larry Lipman has always been a strong entrepreneur. | ![]() topvest | |

16/10/2017 10:42 | The latest news I have is that the 4 SAF houses are nearly but not quite finished yet - scaffolding is still outside one of the 4 houses. I do not think they are of the same spec as the 2 Barratt houses...at a guess more in the £3.5m price bracket.
