Are we getting the usual walk down ahead of news! Sell now and pick up a bit lower, poss 45 - or keep the faith, lock them in the bottom drawer and check again at the end of the month when they are back to 69? Where is my crystal ball?

tongosti,

If you remember wally first stated he was short after I challenged him multiple times to go short if he believed this was a slam dunk sell. He chose a point in time a couple of months in the past after the shareprice had already fallen considerably.

He was un-willing or unable to provide any proof of his big short claims.

He claims to have closed that short and now claims to have opened another one at 58p again zero proof would be provided despite me asking far too many times !

We do know he bought in here around £3.60 or similar, probably lost his shirt
We also know he bought in £65,000 for a quick trade, claims 10% profit.

My estimations are first trade £35k loss

second trade £6.5k profit

shorts completely fictitious !

... I am stating the factors that will influence the future, ie, in 1 yearMy point exactly. Your "will" is your opinion (everyone has one) not Mr Market's. Big difference. I post because I have a short position. Love it. You have FA pal Keep it going - this village is grateful to you

Lol, the market is always right, of course. However, the market deals in the price and value today. I am stating the factors that will influence the future, ie, in 1 year;

1. Around 60m more shares issued

2. An increase in debt / covenant issues!! Equity placing?

3. Business declining even further

Let the trends and business forecast be your friend!! For the 100th time, I post because I have a short position. Just like many others, judging by shortracker where the short % increased 8 times in the last 2 months.

Another riddle for you old chapDo you know why the Joes of the world never make it? Answer - they always buy the top and skip THE opportunities at the bottom. PS. What you don't get is that the market already KNOWS what you also know. This sentence alone is worth millions if you know how to decipher it. But you won't. Bon chance old chap.

Ah the age old question. When is a share just consolidating before its next move down and when is it over sold and likely to move up and change trend. Over 4 decades of investing, I have found that certain facts answer this question.

1) has the company issued lots more shares?

A; (S4 has issued over 250% more since floating with 5m added every month on average)

2) has the company got a big debt problem and is it increasing?

A; yes £206m net debt, increasing £26m in the last 3 months and growing from a net cash position 3 years ago.

3) is the company growing?

A; no business is declining, seemingly at a increasing rate

You put those points together and steer well clear!!!

Wally my good chap - it is Mr Market who refuses to take this further down for months on end now. Fact not an opinion. A curious mind may spot an opportunity. Question is - are you in tune with latest market's thinking or not?

Hmm, so we have 3/4 poster's who refuse to believe that S4's revenue is in decline. In fact they insist it is increasing.

This is despite the fact that it is "black and white ". 100% undeniable.

Please any readers, do take note. These poster's are just trying to cheat and scam potential pi's into buying this rubbish. From my experience, multiple (suspect) poster's who try to deceive BB readers is a very very bad sign for the future share price. Don't believe me? - then just research how long auson, nige, tongosti etc have been ramping this and what has happened to the share price in that time.

Nige Co,

Spare a thought for poor wally he just wants to buy in here a bit cheaper and thinks by making up stories about teams of paid rampers he can worry people into selling out at the bottom, like he tried to at 39p

wallywoo, Talking of mental capacity, you know you have to be logged in for the filter to work don't you - not logged in - all messages show.

When will you actually filter me? I would much rather rubbish your claims without having to defend my facts every time!!! I am not convinced you have the mental capacity to understand to be honest.

And you Nige. Do you really think BB reader's are that naive? To believe a 14.9% drop in sales and losing £26m in cash is a super scenario to invest some cash? This company is losing business, losing money, and issuing (on average) 5m new shares every month. And you think they are beating expectations and ready to skyrocket. In your dreams!
