S4 Capital total spent on M&A £1.1bln. All past M&A cash payments paid apart from £1m in 2025.

Net Debt peaked and falling now that virtually all past M&A paid for.

FCF will now be used to pay down debt, share buybacks & dividends.

S4 Capital is a 1 billion company valued currently at less than £300m. S4 spent £266m on jewel in the crown Media Monks. When the sector turns, and it will, S4 will recover.

Directors buying @1m I find very reassuring. What was it Wally was predicting with his crystal ball "directors selling" yeah right.

6 new clients announced at Q1 results. Another big client in General Motors added last week, GM a potential "whopper" client. Whopper = $20m plus revenue.
