Is that chart about to form a golden cross?...moving average indicators are tightly aligning together and price above sma200...sma50 on the cusp of moving above sma200 ...need volume to support...

I've just been looking at Stagwells current M/Cap $1.8B or £1.41B. I think that Stagwell would have to offer a 50% - 50% joint merger valuing S4 at 235p per share, maybe that would appeal to S4 management & shareholders. Making the combined company much larger and give S4 a much needed USA listing.

According to the March 22 WSJ report Sorrell rebuffed Stagwell's offers so far because they undervalued the company and he also didn’t view Stagwell as a good strategic fit with his company. We may need the S4 share price to recover over 100p for this to have potential. I for one would be happy with this deal. JMO.

This week sees the best weekly gain of 11.65p since week commencing 30/10/2023 when the share price increased by 11.90p. It will be interesting to see how far shorts will send this up once they start with 12m shares shorting.

Totally nonsensical price here, we will look back in months to come and think how insane was that.

If s4 gets bought out today it would be worth multiples. Only think you ca do it accumulate.

The 1million share buy from the Media monks founders told us all we needed to know.

Personally I think a deal will be struck to merge with someone at £2+

Obviously the likes of Baron with his £10m portfolio can't be as clued up as Wally who has a 100% trading success rate. We have true greats among us !

Not seen any aside of last updates on wires.

Good to see no worked sellers < 50p and some huge prints today not showing yet (possibly shorts, directors). True volume 6.9m with these at the top: STFL 2.3m, DOWG 1.9m, JEFF 1.5m.

Large director activity increasing confidence (and causing market to hold a bit tighter perhaps!). Any rns recovery and 75-100p in a flash.

Nibbled here after the large insider buy which I thought signalled a decent amount of confidence. Obviously the issues are widely known and arguably baked in. They seem more cyclical in nature rather than secular which means a low multiple on trough earnings probably isn't a bad place to be.

Lol, a couple of ex director's buys 1m shares and this BB is full of rampers again. This leads to more questions;

1) why an rns for ex directors?

2) since they don't need to inform the market about sells, they could easily just transferred these shares. You cannot find out how many shares they own in total!!

3) smells rotten to me!!


The share price is going nowhere. 1m shares is the average number of shares issued every week for the next year.


The shares are going down to a more reasonable valuation around 30p imho. Don't believe me, just wait 3 weeks until the Q2 trading statement.

An extra reason for optimism, the US Presidential election is likely to see the most ever advertising expenditure in History, ( Historically US elections have always resulted in an advertising bonus for companies) This company is specifically going to benefit for obvious reasons. MS optimist outlook is based on experience not hope! He knows what's coming down the pipe. Not chasing, but confident. dyor.
